Staff, food and stay was exceptional Wish we booked more days. Will definitely stay again

Great hotel. A little pricey, but our room was lovely. After being cramped in tiny rooms it was nice to spread out a little for a change.

This is an outstanding hotel, beautifully decorated throughout common areas. Our sleeping room was spacious and perfectly appointed. The location is great, easily accessible to Old Town Salzburg and other sights.

By far our unanimous choice of best hotel of the 12 different stops we made. Great common areas and the breakfast was very good. Our only regret was not having stayed longer.

Beautiful hotel and garden. Rooms were large and quiet. Easy to walk to main shopping and cafes. About a half mile flat walk to Old Town and historic sites.

The rooms, while a bit old, were quite nice. The bed was comfortable and the view of the courtyard was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. We spoke with the owner, who introduced herself to us, and she explained the family connection.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to all the Salzburg attractions

We stayed at the villa. Very quiet and just a short walk to old town with many restaurants. The villa is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has good quality varieties and you can also do cook to order eggs. Will stay here if we go to Salzburg again.

Loved the hotel - it was in a good location. Well appointed rooms and good restaurant. Ability to hire bikes was also fantastic.

Received a warm and helpful welcome from reception. All staff very nice. Bar and restaurant service was good. The owner came round at breakfast to say hello which was nice. Good selection options at breakfast which was well stocked and refreshed. Evening restaurant menu was limited, but food was good. Some aspects of our room was dated and the shower over the bath awkward to use and didn't have much pressure. Some mould around the bath tap. Although the bathroom window had frosted glass, felt there should have been additional blind. The spa was very good. Quiet location and only a short walk into town with easy access to public transport. Overall a pleasant stay and would return and recommend.

Very nice, clean, large, comfortable room. Excellent bathroom, heated floors and walk in shower. Love the breakfast with good variety. Made to order eggs. Not much in the way of dining options in immediate area but short walk to main shopping annd dining.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was comfortable and roomy, the property is close to shopping and dining, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was very good! We would definitely stay here again!
