I had a quick solo weekend trip in San Diego & this hotel was a great choice. I had no issues & the staff was very welcoming.

Jose, Robert,and Axel were completely Amazing I had booked a room elsewhere and when I got there found out the condition of the hotel was nothing close to how it was described and the pictures were outdated from when it was renovated a long time ago. So needless to say I was experiencing, some some heavy anxiety. They truly brought me back down to earth. I couldn’t be more grateful to how they calmed me While making the next couple days I stayed enjoyable. Thank you, Donnie Kostecki

The staff was top-notch!.. friendly, helpful excellent customer service!... the valet Russell was wonderful!... I felt like a real VIP the entire time I stayed. The rooms are updated super comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

AC didn’t work. Rooms were warm AND humid. WiFi didn’t work. I was dripping sweat after my shower it was so hot in the room

Dirty. Loud. Cheap with towels. Flooded toilet so cheap on maintenance. Cheap with hand soap. Smell attempted to be covered up by room freshener. Never will return. Avoid at all cost.

I liked the hotel and the location but one thing that was a huge turn - off was that i found a pubic hair in the sink after we checked in and it definitely was not mine. It's gross when you have to clean out a pubic hair from the last guest and it makes you wonder what else hasn't been cleaned well.

I was very disappointed, the bathroom was NASTY!! The receptionist was very professional, this was the only experience.. The location is NOT family friendly for walking..

The hotel room was moden and clean, just the shower was totally outdated and needs renovation. The gym was very good and hotel staff is very friendly.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. Valet workers were kind and speedy!

No parking. And the parking lot that they suggested around the corner no attendant! Had to wait outside for someone to unlock the door to get into the parking structure to get my car out and the elevators don’t work!

Great location in downtown San Diego, close to restaurants, walkable area. Also close to the stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was modern and very clean. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again

Had to pay for over priced parking. The only good thing was it was clean. I didn’t get my complementary wine. It was noisy so you hear the train in the mornings and lots of sirens. There valet is 42 dollars and the parking on the side is 30 dollars
