We needed a place to stay while they were fumigating our house for termites that would take pets and was close to work. The Inn met all of our requirements and turned out to be nicer than the pictures and description indicated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs for the dogs. We will definitely stay there again if we have a need for a local hotel in the future.

Overall, the hotel wasn’t it bad for the price. In the picture, I was supposed to get a large balcony and what I got was a small little balcony with no chairs. It didn’t make sense either I saw the large balconies not being used they elected to give me the cheaper room. I just let it go, but then also the air didn’t seem to get cooler it almost seems like you get it on 73 and that’s it. For as loud as The AC was it definitely didn’t even seem like 73 in the room.

I’ve stayed in this property before and is always impeccable. Is not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect luxury but to stay the night is a great pick. Close to the best beaches, good breakfast locations and main streets. The room and common areas was extremely clean which is a must for me.

I enjoyed my stay very much, I especially liked having the convenience of being able to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I thought that the $ 6.92 parking fee should have been included in the cost of the room.

Balcony.

Very nice and clean

The property is old and needs work. A few recommendations…landscape refresh of property, paint exterior doors (in/out), fix guest laundry room/equipment, need more pool umbrellas(there is only one for the entire pool), towel station is so outdated and torn. A more modern look would be a great improvement. Room 312, the shower leaks onto the floor and out the door, the wood trim around the bathroom door is rotting from the water. We have stayed here many times because it is one of the few hotels in Naples that have balconies, but would like to see improvements. The hallways and elevators are great. Some of the staff are great, others need training in kindness.
