This was the worst experience I have had! We arrived and apparently they had been trying to get a hold of us, even though they should have cancelled via Expedia booking. We arrived at 9:00pm just to be told our reservation had been cancelled due to over capacity, but we booked 4-6 weeks prior to arriving so they shouldn’t have confirmed our reservation at that time if they were at capacity. Also my partner and his father got two other reasons why they had to cancel: 1) the rooms were not cleaned due to shortage of staff and 2) they have a water issue. Who knows the truth. I do not recommend. The front desk staff was polite and was empathic to our situation.

The room had a terrible smell..the floor was dirty..the comforters on both beds had several stains..the bathroom light had only one bulb working..the complimentary soaps were empty. Upon checkout the front desk clerk was eating at the complimentary breakfast while people stood in line waiting to be checked out. At the breakfast there was no housekeeping being done at the tables after someone ate there, so they were very dirty. Definitely will not stay here again.

They even didn't have my reservation in their system. I booked through Expedia and they cancelled it. That was crazy. Not even a single apology, not even a single call

Breakfast was excellent

A disappointing stay… I have difficulty moving around while standing and sometimes I need a wheelchair. I asked for an adapted room, at least on the ground floor, because there were no elevators, and I had a service dog, but despite my arrival at 6:00 PM, and the few cars around the hotel, I was told that no room was available for me. The cleaning in our room was not done properly. Hair and dust were rolling around in the corners of the bathroom. What can I say about lunch… it was bad!

Room was very dirty upon arrival. Staffing was very limited therefore no assistance could be provided to us. Rear entrance into the building was broken so anybody could come in as they pleased which felt very unsafe being we were the first room near that door. Check-in was also terribly slow. Never had an experience this bad in all the places I’ve frequented.

Nous avons pris l'entrée sur le côté et dans les marches il y avait plein de tâches c'était horriblement sale Dans la chambre les rideaux était tout déchiré Le siège de toilette était mal fixé La bouteille de shampoing dans la douche était vide et il y avait des cheveux par terre La climatisation n'embarquait pas il fallait éteindre et rallumé plusieurs fois avant qu'elle marche

L'état de la chambre était inadmissible et totalement insalubre. Le tapis était collant et très sale, la tapisserie se décollait, la toilette ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, le tout accompagné d'une odeur insupportable. ​On nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais la situation était identique : des déchets sous le lit et des draps fripés. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel, c'est un endroit à éviter absolument.

The motel needs a good cleaning. The hallway carpet was very dirty. The toilet in the room ran all night. The patio door could not be opened. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be repaired. The bathroom floor needs a good cleaning. There was no TV reception and the staff was not helpful. I would not recommend this motel.

A éviter , la ville est l'aide, l'hôtel est très moyen. Mais bon c'est correct pour un petit budget, mais n'ayez pas trop d'attentes ... Les chaînes sont pas faites , explication demandée au lobby, les chambres ne sont faites que sur demande. Air climatisé ou trop froid et bruyant comme un moteur d'avion, ou carrément ça chauffe la pièce... Notre tv a marché un jour, après on avait le son sans image. Escaliers et moquettes très crasseux par endroit ... Petit déjeuner inclus et relativement correct, j'ai bien aimé la machine à gaufres

Bad smell in the room, bed sheets didn’t look or smell clean, they had crumbs of some sort and looked not changed! had to get extra sheets from the front desk and sleep on my own pillow, no blackout curtains that cover the windows all the way, just two pieces on the side window had a bright light on the outside! Light was shining all night Stairs in the hotel were very filthy with all sort of stains Beds were smaller than a queen sized bed in my room

Reception staff is very nice.

The room was clean but the patio doors were not at their best, We didn’t have breakfast at the motel as we were expected somewhere else. I booked through Expedia but when we checked in the clerk said that she couldn’t book the room under my name because John was paying for it and she couldn’t give us the reduced price agreed upon when I booked on the Expedia site. Both John and I are members of Choice and anytime we stayed at Comfort Inn we received points but the clerk said our Choice membership was not showing up on screen. This was the very first Comfort Inn that couldn’t see our Choice membership. Therefore we didn’t receive the Expedia discount and didn’t receive any points from Choice; which makes me wonder what I should do on our next trip when booking a motel or hotel room?

It was very easily accessed (I have a mobility issue) and very comfortable. Everything worked but there was some lack of plug-ins re: charging.

Not very clean, missing towels, service almost inexistant. This is clearly a hotel that is struggling. Hot water, a/c and fridge working but overall not worth the visit.

Very comfortable bed. We were able to park close to our room which was very convenient. Great hot breakfast. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because they ran out of coffee at 8:30 in the morning and didn’t make more. Overall an excellent place - we would definitely stay there again.
