The staff were very helpful. Room and location were nice.

Not very clean,under maintenance, breakfast average, small space and no space to eat.We had to take it to our room every morning.

Hotel is quite dated, parking was good, 20 mins to the ferry terminal. Breakfast was included, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast and coffee. They mentioned the breakfast area is getting an upgrade soon, which will be nice, the current area can be a bit cramped in the morning.

Great stay

Good place to stay. Very helpful and client-friendly staff. The rooms are small, a good fit for 2 people with just one large travel bag.

Easy to find lots of parking well located for Sydney and the Cabot trail

Clean and sufficient for an overnight. Way overpriced. Yes, it’s by the water, but still overpriced for the class of hotel

The free breakfast buffet they offer is absolutely a shambles. It is very poorly laid out, if there is more than half a dozen people good luck trying to get something to eat. It’s a very very poor arrangement. Not to mention the food itself was not cooked and made me ill.

Room was nice , but it shows its age. Shower very old . But overall not bad.

Breakfast was very poor, staff wait for hot foods to be empty before reheat a new batch, which clients have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before receiving a hot foods, staff even said, breakfast finish at 9am, it was 8h35, she is kind of doesn't want to do new hot foods, i will give a note of 1 on this section

Everything was great! I would book again.

I thought the breakfast ended to early and the A c unit was leaking in the room on the second night.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast ends at 9 though which was a bit early for us.

Staffs are accomodating. Clean room, good breakfast,accessible parking.
