They were able to get me in my room even though it was very late..

We drove from Halifax to NS and had a stopover in Kenora for a night with family. Rooms and facilities were very clean with comfortable bed. Harjot, reception staff was very accommodating and friendly. Amazing customer service! :))

This is a basic hotel and you get what you would expect. The rooms are pleasant and the beds are comfortable. There is a nice TV a microwave and fridge. The A/C is old and loud and comes on very frequently. Bring ear plugs. There is not enough staff to handle a full house. Breakfast lacked variety and items were not replaced fast enough and if you needed new towels you had to ask. Staff were pleasant and accommodating and doing their best .

This hotel is disgusting.. Went to check in someone was in our room , shower was full of hair , air conditioner sounded like a diesel tractor, crack heads where in the parking lot and looking in our vehicles had to call police . I recommend sleeping in your car over this hotel

Overall, the stay was okay. They only clean rooms once every three days but will change towels sooner upon request. However, the shower in our room only provided about 1/2 the water from the shower head and the rest from the faucet. There were cigarette burns on the rug. We had alcohol taken from our room while we were out. For the amount we paid for the room, we expected much better.

Kenora hotels are exceptionally overpriced, including this one. We arrived late, left early, did not use the breakfast included, as the room where it is served was so over capacity already we would not have been able to sit down. I did grab a coffee to go from the reception area offerings, which I dumped at my first stop as it was cold and bitter: likely brewed the night before. Our room was very noisy until our neighbors and hallway travelers settled down for the night, (just after midnight). Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and room was clean, except for the bathtub, which appeared to have been cleaned, but not a final rinse so there was what looked like sediment near the drain. It rinse away easily. Overall I would stay here again if the price was more reasonable. I would give it another try as my issues are minor and due mostly to other guests, not the fault of the hotel.

The bathroom had not been cleaned at all from last guest. It was noisy in the hallways throughout the night. And the breakfast was lacking eggs

WAY OVERPRICED

Very over priced hotel in relation to what amenities are offered.

No lightbulb in one of the lamps. Asked a staff member and they happily provided one. Great service.

Carpet could be replaced soon…

The rooms were super clean and bed ver comfortable.

Found several empty baggies in the room, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, was a spilt drink on the window sill and garbage under the loveseat. Air conditioning was not working well at all, was not worth the $300 a night. Breakfast was not top rated at all

The hotel room was okay, the room was clean and bed was okay. I have seen an earlier review about the place being loud and someone trying to get in their room. I would not recommend the first floor, although it is nice to have a glass sliding door, on the first night of checking in to the room a crackhead was tapping on the sliding door and trying to open it. The crackhead repeatedly tried to open other doors and was saying nonsense. The first floor is just noisy, too many people opening their doors, drinking, and making noises throughout the night until 4am. Again would not recommend the first floor, but the hotel and stay was okay overall.

Clean room and bathroom, as well as the corridors. Staff is friendly, big and safe parking space and breakfast was good. Great location too. Will definitely recommend.
