Front desk Woman was super nice, Toilet seat in room 114 needs tightening LOL.

Staff were super helpful. Room was better than the pictures used with Expedia!

Friendly staff

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel, Saturday, July 4th. The staff was pleasant. The room was fairly clean. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected. This hotel needs renovation big time. The A/C in our room was very noisy. The fan came on every few minutes. Continental breakfast was fairly standard. The worst experience we had with this hotel was that there was a party of 12 people in the parking lot right outside our window. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we heard everything; talking and laughing loudly (on a Saturday night) from around 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. although some of them left before 12 midnight. The next morning more noise! It came from the room adjacent to ours. We didn't know our room is a connecting room at time of booking. People talked in the hallway outside our room too. This is the worst hotel nightmare we have ever experienced. We will never go back to Quality Inn again!

Bon rapport qualité-prix. En plus déjeuner complet avec bacon, crepe, oeuf, yogourt, patate hashbrown, etc.

The room itself was pretty good. I did not appreciate being woken up by the sound of fists pounding on doors by youth of sports teams as well as yelling down the halls to each other after 11pm. As a single woman travelling, I expect to be able to feel safe within my hotel room, but this experience made me feel so scared as I didn’t know what was happening at first I didn’t want to open my door at first to check. I also unfortunately was unable to use the dining area and had to look for breakfast elsewhere as the same youth had taken over the facility. Overall, I love Quality Inn, but I won’t be using this location again or recommending it to other people who are single as front desk did nothing to assist me in anyway. A response to this from the company would be appreciated

I was a great place to stay with family

Bed was really hard and creaked when I sat on it. The hotel said that they would look into this. Check the bed first, otherwise, change rooms...everything else was great!

We enjoyed our brief stay. The bed linens and pillows were very comfortable and the people are very friendly.

Was easy to access from hi way room very comfortable just AC was very loud and very close on the side of the bed other the that everything was good breakfast very reasonable and variety to eat.I would come back .

Place smelled

Came to town for a graduation. Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. But the rooms were clean, it was quiet so that was all good. The plug in our tub did not work, had to stuff a facecloth in it. The outside parking lot area around the hotel was dirty, which is not a good first impression.

Had a great stay! Clean rooms! Free parking and a great breakfast! Loved the fresh pancakes! Will Deff stay again on our next visit in Peterbrough
