Every time we stay it’s just wonderful. The breakfast is lovely. The rooms are clean & the staff are very friendly & accommodating (4 adults, one room - we needed some extras). I keep reading complaints about construction but that’s just silly. Who complains about improvements? Excellent location too!

Room had no hair dryer or Kleenex. Bathroom looked newly renovated but tub stopper did not work well. No real service available as property under well deserved renovations. No maps of Kingston to help travellers. Entering through a suite to register etc was unprofessional. I’d be very concerned if I was a female travelling alone.

The hotel is being renovated and so some of the commen areas are incomplete. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room and the bed were excellent.

We stayed for one night to tour around Kingston. The cost of the room was very reasonable compared to the waterfront hotel and was a short drive away. The rooms are brand new, and the mattress gave us a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very friendly. Renovations are going on, so it was interesting to check in from one of the hotel rooms (this obviously is temporary) I would hands down stay here again.

Hotel lobby is undergoing renovations. No lobby coffee, ice machine unplugged. The check-in clerk was very helpful and let me into the breakfast room to make myself some tea on arrival.

Did not realize the hotel was under renovations, check in was one of the rooms. Also no ice machines working. Thought we should have been notified of this or even given a discount on our room as we were there 2 nights.

Not good experience for the amount of money paid.

Everything was good. Just the breakfast needed more variety!

The room was very clean and had been newly renovated. The beds were comfortable. But the location is terrible and it’s expensive for what you get.

Clean room and nice staff. It was a bit noisy at night due to poor sound insulation, but overall it was good

I don’t say this lightly, but this hotel’s staff—while understandably cautious about my initial assertion of my Thomas being a properly documented service dog for my disabilities given nowadays some folks indeed conveniently claiming this status for their pet dogs even though they can’t substantiate it—upon me producing medical attestation, have diligently and compassionately provisioned accommodations to us. So kudos for that and Thomas has been able to relax a bit so thanks for your understanding and support.

The staff was very friendly. They offered to store our bikes inside when they noticed our bikes on the back of our vehicle. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but our room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. Continental breakfast was very basic, but it met our needs.

Rooms were clean, breakfast options were good, only thing pillows in my opinion were to soft, i would stay again but bring my own pillows

Great stay, great service thankful for the ease in check in and out.

Decent value, you get what you pay for. We got the impression the facilities have been under renovations for some time but you can see the effort to provide a welcoming stay. Can't complain.
