Staf was great. We just wished our towels had been changed the second day.

Very nice place

I hated having to track dirt from outside into our room every time we came in and out. A small carpet at the door would certainly help!

I didn't appreciate my email being used to join their choice rewards without my approval.

Overall the hotel and the property was clean and tidy. We stayed for 2 nights. It would have been nice if the maids came in and made the bed, swept the floor, changed the garbage and gave us clean towels after the first night. But that didnt happen, very disappointed.

After a 12 hour drive in northern Ontario it filled all my tired bodies needs!

Last minute booking due to medical so didn’t really have much time to check anything out. Room was clean and staff were wonderful.

Hubby spent last night here, arriving late from driving since the early hours in the morning. The room he was out in had a smell of smoke (someone had covered the smoke detector), there was food smeared on the TV. He went to see the front desk staff and they moved him rooms. His next room was better but there was an issue with the air conditioning/ heating unit. He said the staff was great and apologetic. We have stayed here before and there was no issues. I think it is starting to show some wear and tear around the building.

This property was very clean and convenient to get to the airport for an early morning flight.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Found the bed hard and a news network instead of an infomercial on tv at breakfast would've be better. Location was great and staff were friendly.

A shuttle to the airport would be the icing on the cake
