Clean room, comfortable beds. Parking easy. Breakfast is OK. Our room had a slow bathtub drain otherwise everything worked well.

Very poor hospitality service. When we arrived there was no one at front desk. We had to wait 20 minutes to get into our room. The only employee on premise was in the washroom. There should be two people attending to the desk for such incidents. Expedia was notified. Didn’t feel like we truly mattered and it was just the way it was. Will definitely not use this location again.

Well, I understand that most hotels were booked in Windsor this weekend, the price we paid to stay at the Comfort Inn was incredibly high compared to the facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, however, I would not stay there again.

Breakfast area has no service attendant. Otherwise good hotel to stay.

The only issues we had with the room was the placement of the toilet paper roll..it was way to close to the toilet and very hard to access. Almost had to bend our arms sideways lol It should be moved!

Room was right in front of the ice machine. Woke up both nights- early early morning from someone using it. If hotel not sold out. Front desk could assign rooms better instead of putting someone in that room. Did not bother ti ask for room switch after first night .

Staff was extremely friendly. THE LIGT BREAKFAST THEY PROVIDED WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY

Had hoped they had an elevator to get to second floor. A lot of steps involved.

The hotel comes with breakfast. But not many options to choose from. Not e even they served cream cheese. People talking and kids running in the hallway after 10pm. I called the front desk. But nothing happened. Overall, very bad experience!

Lack of security. Far too much noise. Inconsiderate guests and no respect for those sleeping after 11pm
