Very quiet

EV Charging stations doesn’t work (Tesla), towels has a wired smell and looked old.

Everything ok always come here.

Great location, staff was great, restaurant was very good. Only problem was the water pressure.

Great hotel and location, needs to improve condition on rooms, alredy very old…

The service and people were very good, but there was a group that was very noisy, they were few sport teams, and they were at the pool with their uniforms, and they stayed there until 11 pm, I called front desk and they told me they closed the pool at 8 pm but they keep with the noise. Understand is not responsibility of the hotel but might be something they can try to control those situations.

Old tv with poor signal

Staff was welcoming, very helpful and attentive. The location was great as it was close to many great local spots to eat at, shops and minutes away from the Cataderal. The amenities that this location has are great like the gym, pool and laundromat (which may I add was great to have access too.) My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future as we fell in love with Aguascalientes.

Very poor maintenance, humidity and clogged drains in bathroom, not close to rating

The pool and the staffs are great points of this place.

Friendly staff and the facilities are next to a mall and 10 mins from downtown.

The hotel is really quiet, have enough amenities, the Wi-Fi is available in all areas with great quality. Food is not the best but the staff is really helpful and always looking to cover all your needs even if the don't have the way to do it on their hands

The hotel is fine, but the room had a smell that couldn't identify, maybe someone smoke there, I don't know.My colleague room had fresh paint smell

It’s clean. Though a little bit out of date, it accomplishes.

The customer service is great but it’s an old hotel. I’m pretty sure that you can find for the same price something much better and newer.
