Nice, pet friendly room. The remote was missing from the room. The young lady at reception went out of her way to find a replacement that worked. She was very helpful and pleasant. Like that we could park outside the room around back to bring the dogs in. Would recommend this hotel.

Their breakfast was very good and the room met our expectations. What I am having trouble with is they charged my credit card for a deposit and after two phone calls and almost two weeks later I still do not have a credit on my card for this transaction. So I was basically double charged for this room. Completely unacceptable!!!!

Il y a du stationnement à l'arrière et une fois qu'on a notre carte-clé, on peut entrer nos bagages par la porte la plus près de notre chambre.

Rapport qualité prix moyen. Des 8 heure le matin, le personnel d'entretien est dans le corridor devant les chambres avec leur chariot. On a l'impression de déranger. La porte de ma chambre avait été forcée. Il a fallu changer de chambre.

Les gens sont accueillants et serviable. Malheureusement quand je suis arrivé à ma chambre, mon frigidaire n’était pas fonctionnel. Étant là pour quelques jours, j’en ai vraiment besoin, puisque je me fais une Petite épicerie, on change de chambre. Je sais pas ce qui est arrivé, mais y a quelqu’un qui avait fumé dedans si c’était pas agréable en me rechange de chambre pour la troisième fois, moi qui voulais pas être en bas, je me suis ramassé au premier étage.

Dirty area not clean at all. Didn't eat the next morning at the hotel. Not appealing!

Chambre OK pour une nuit. Porte patio donnant sur le parking brisée et incapable de barrer à l’exception d’un petit loquet. Pas étanche et pas sécuritaire. Personnel à la réception peu courtois, mais la dame au déjeuner très aimable.

It's clean. Check in is super easy. They speak French and English. Its exactly what you expect, which is exactly what you want.
