Had mistakenly booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds, requested 2 rooms with queen beds, of course an extra fee was charged. Staff was helpful, breakfast sufficient and rooms clean but otherwise set up weirdly. General Manager not rude, but abrupt, rest of staff very friendly. Had an issue with a plug toilet, given a plunger to repair ourselves, by a 78 yr old woman. That wasn’t impressive.

This Hotel is in a good location. It's clean and reasonably priced. The Hotel does not have an elevator . The breakfast area is small, therefore took breakfast back to the room. Both mornings had to wait on the hot items for breakfast being replenished. This Hotel is fine for staying a night.

great stay on the way from Edmonton to Toronto

Very outdated hotel , furniture and carpet is from the 80s probably. If you don’t care then go ahead and stay here . Other than that it’s ok .

Bathroom was very dirty, carpet in the room very worn. Crumpled used tea bags offered in the room..ugh. Asked staff to refill the cold lemon water station as you entered the hotel as it was 35c outside. 3 hours later it was still empty. Other guest advised us to be there for breakfast as soon as it opened as they had run out of food the weekend before. A/C running in the room was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. OVerall a very poor overnight hotel stay especially for the cost.

We like the Comfort Inns with the patio doors. Very nice, clean room, great location, walk to restaurants. Satisfactory breakfast, however have seen more fruit selection at other locations.

Would never recommend this hotel, don’t understand how there ratings are what they are, as that’s what made me choose but this hotel is all around terrible minus the lady working. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, got there and were given doubles, room was over all dirty, floors were stained all over. Could see piles of dust behind the tv stand. Ac was old and didn’t work, called to ask for a room with one that worked, was shown 2 other rooms, one was even dirtier and felt damp when you walked into the room, the other had a newer ac and could feel the difference but had a terrible smell. I would avoid staying here.

Close to gas stations and restaurants and fast food. Easy access to the hwy 1. We were in a room allowed for pets, but was surprised that the room was musty.

The room smelled stuffy and like stale smoke but appeared clean.

Clean rooms nice folks very good value.

Late breakfast at 7 am created a feeding frenzy with at least twenty people and only the sausage was ready the eggs were very slow in coming line up for waffles. Staff need an earlier start just to be ready. That was the only negative on the stay
