Good hotel, very central and in a nice area. Walking distance to all main tourist attractions and also some nice little local restaurants within quick walking distance

The property needs some renovation especially in the bathroom.The food in the restaurant I did not like it.Did dine the first and did never go back for dinning.

Terrible! Hotel is being refurbished, and there's noise and dust everywhere! Also I've choose the hotel to use the pool, and guess what? Pool is closed, also gym! Terrible, terrible!

The room did not have the three beds set up. But they were very good about bringing one up. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent very noisy because of construction and we were not told the pool was not available before we checked in. I don’t think the neighborhood was very nice, but you could walk to very nice supermarket.

My stay overall was solid. There was some miscommunication a couple times with the front desk involving multiple workers depending on the time you caught them. Checking in one of the rooms had a few things not prepared.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was fine but could benefit from renovation. Breakfast was basic but very nice - enough variety of hot and cold food. Good location in safe area.

The desk manager was very kind and super helpful - many thanks to Vittoria! The room was perfect and location ideal. A very xute pool and delicious buffet that includes jot food. All the staff was excellent in fact.

I was quite happy with my stay at Mercure Pamplona. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the location is excellent - near attractions, metro and good restaurants - and teh condition of the facilities is great. I would only say that hot food options for breakfast are not the best. But this may be a case of preference only. I would be more than happy to stay there again nonetheless.

I was really impressed with Tamirys specifically. She spent over an hour cumulatively speaking with me about the city and spoke English very well.

Big room, convenient location.

This is a VERY rundown property. it looks awful . The rooms are dark and outdated.

The hotel is an ideal base for Ave Paulista. Clean, great service and the breakfast buffet was top class with lots of variety.

Close to the main shopping street for tourists and a hidden gem.

Out of 5 stars I rate his as a 4 simply for the reason that the reception staff spoke little or no English. The same staff however were courteous and proficient at what receptionists do. The hotel location is great as you are in the heart of São Paulo. The area is a mix of residential, business and retail with a great Sunday market just up the hill from the hotel. The hotel was very clean, the room was a great size with a very comfortable bed, a balcony, a small office counter and a wonderful shower. We didn’t eat breakfast here as it wasn’t included in our package so I can’t comment about the food. A great hotel in a great location that provides a very comftksbrl stay and value for money
