Very clean, great pool and hot tub. Lovely pub attached with great food, including breakfast.

Good location - close to everything we wanted to do. Ate at the Pub twice - good food, beautiful patio with the fountain and all of the hanging plants. Only "con" is that our room was basically as far as it could have been from the pool so we did not use it.

Room was good. Neighbours on the first night were terribly loud with their arguing the first night in the middle of the night.

Needs updating but still in decent shape.

Perfect stop in Okanagan Valley portion of our trip.

The only disapppointment was that there was no breakfast included. Other than that, it was very clean and quiet!

The desk and cleaning staff were excellent, but the room was very disappointing. The shower water diverter didn't work very well, so shower water pressure was extremely weak. The air conditioner was on its last legs, and so the compressor made loud banging noises throughout the night. Not worth the price and won't be staying here again.

I had an awful stay at this property. The front desk was incredibly rude and charged us upon's day like they were supposed to. There were people doing drugs in the back

The 1-BR suite is very spacious and clean. Love the location of this hotel. Right across from the Orchard Park mall and lots of restaurants in the area.

Family we verbally assaulted ( a young girl and her mom) buy another patron and the staff did nothing about it. And there was a mouse running around the room. I was not impressed and this hotel has gone down hill. It used to be a nice hotel but I will never stay their again

Smells like smoke and burns in the head board…. Don’t do it!!
