They didn't have our reservation, pool was not working, outside fire pit not working either

I ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. I have no idea why this is rated "excellent" here, but I was in a room where the door didn't quite close, the peep hole cover was broken and there were signs everywhere about how the hotel was not responsible for valuables. The front desk person did offer to move me, which might have taken care of the first two things, but the last one was non-negotiable. I was traveling with my laptop and I would have been worried about it all day when I wasn't there. I did not feel safe (traveling by myself), so I moved to a different hotel entirely before the first overnight and, since this was "prepaid," I lost all of the money. There's no one on hotels.com to help me either, so I will not be reserving through them in the future.

The room was ok, but not especially comfortable. The toilet didn’t flush easily and the shower temp was very difficult to regulate- going from scalding to cold and back with little in between. But the price we got was great and when we asked for an additional room for our son, the staff were very accommodating. Loved the room darkening shades that made sleep easier!

The property was close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable, clean ,had everything I needed for a reasonable price and looked exactly as pictured.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

First day was very nice and the hotel was nice and clean and staff was friendly. I was a little disappointed to find that the pool was not open. I was really looking forward to swimming other than that. It was a great day.

Beautiful

This was an OK property. It was horrible. It wasn't the best I've ever been at. We normally go to Pennsylvania for 3 to 4 days once a year and this hits the spot as a cheap alternative.

Our room and bathroom were bright and clean. I highly recommend it for families.

Reasonably close to Lehigh University

The property was nice but the rooms has a mildew smell to it. My family of 7 had 3 separate rooms and we all experienced the same smell. We were also not happy that the pool Wasn’t been working for a while now due to a filter issue but that should be noted in the website. Having a pool is a eye catcher but not working is considered false advertising.
