Stayed here recently for 4 nights and unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.
For the entirety of my stay, the hotel was full of screaming kids running up and down the corridors, banging on doors late into the night, and even playing hockey on the landings. Multiple guests on my floor complained to staff — I was one of them.
The situation escalated when I returned to my room one evening around 8pm and found a parent along with several teenagers gathered outside my door. The mother became confrontational and threatened me. I immediately contacted the front desk for assistance, but by the time staff arrived, the group had disappeared.
I no longer felt safe staying in that room and requested to be moved, but my request was denied. Instead, I was offered a breakfast voucher as compensation. I also made several attempts to speak with the manager, who appeared to be completely unreachable throughout my stay.
If you are travelling with a large group of unsupervised teenagers, this may not bother you. However, if you are looking for a quiet, safe, and relaxing hotel experience, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
