Renovation of former Days Inn done on the cheap--thin walls, dull corridors, inconvenient layout, noisy heating and ventilating equipment, poorly trained staff. Basically they just painted over the old finishes. Room was well-furnished and the bed comfortable. They charged extra for parking! At a motel!

Friendly staff

I would say that this location was less than I expected from a Quality Inn. It was clean, but felt old and worn - chipped paint, just generally a step down from what I'm used to with this brand hotel. (It's also a 3-floor motel, rather than a true hotel).

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hallways and doors to the rooms and bathrooms could use a coat of paint. The lobby is bright and clean.

Pleasant enough stay. Really liked our ground floor room where you could park right at your room. Priced right too.

Staff was lovely. Nothing fancy but clean and very close to the 401 and amenities.

Everything was good

This hotel was just ok. The pictures on the website of the rooms didn’t match what we got at all. The noise from the hallways was noticeable. The worst part is that there was no power outlets beside the beds and I have a medical device that must be plugged in. Had to go to Canadian tire to get an extension cord. Very strange. Property is outdated.

Entrances

It was an excellent property. Plus, it was $50 less than anything else that was comparable. The pool was in excellent condition. The room was clean. I have absolutely no complaints.

Generally a little run down. Lobby was OK. Bathroom subpar.
