The hotel was very clean. It was a good place to stay with family. The bathroom in our suite didn't feel private because of the layout to the room but it works for couples. The door to the restroom is a sliding frosted door, not visible from the outside so its ok, however it was the only door so no door to the toilet shower area. The closet and room was very nice large space areas and the microwave and Kurig were a plus! Breakfast was great!!

I love staying this property! This was our second stay. My only recommendation would be the breakfast to be more tasteful and a new brand of coffee(tasted like water). I was disappointed with this meal.

Room Bathroom needs a good scrub down, you can see spots of black mold on the shower walls. Paper is peeling in the bathroom by the floorboard.

Everything was clean

no linens and not enough towels. Didn't answer the front desk so had to go down. Had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot!

When we asked about room cleaning, the receptionist told us that their cleaning service happens every alternate day. So they won't be able to do room service today. They never kept the hot water actually hot during the breakfast. No complaints other than these

The location is perfect for attending NAU events. The staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were good, but I have one negative about the room; the bathrooms in particular. There is no door between the toilet/shower area from the rest of the bathroom and closet areas. So if someone needs to use the toilet, nobody else can really use the room or continue to get ready. Also, there wasn’t a dresser to use, so one must live out of their luggage during the visit. Overall, we like the hotel, but improvements can be made.

Liked all the above. Didn't like their bed. Both my husband wokebwith back aches every morning.

Overall was good! Pool is old.

5/5 – Worth Every Penny! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless – the rooms were very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The breakfast was a great surprise too – fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. The location is fantastic. You’re close to everything – Walmart, tons of restaurants, and anything else you might need is just around the corner. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the pool was clean and relaxing – a real bonus after a long day. The only thing I’d suggest is to reconsider the parking fee. With so much parking available around, it feels unnecessary to charge for it. If that small fee were removed, this place would be absolutely perfect. Still, that doesn’t change the fact that I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone. Super clean, amazing service, and overall, totally worth coming. A solid 5 out of 5 from me!

I selected this hotel based upon price, location, and brand. The hotel met my expectations in most areas but not all. First, I was awakened at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning by a barking dog in a room just down the hall from mine. I knocked on the door but nobody answered. After I got dressed I informed the front desk, but the dog kept on barking. Secondly, after I checked out I saw a $10 charge to my credit card for parking. I’m sure there is something buried in the paperwork about the charge, but nothing obvious. The charge seems excessive for Flagstaff, and makes the room price less competitive. I’ll remember on my next trip

Second time staying, we stayed one night - fine for an overnight stay. Friendly staff and pretty clean. Hotel is getting a bit old and tired though and didn’t have correct bedding and towels our party and bathroom sliding door kept breaking.

Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Melissa in breakfast are.

We had a great 2 nights stay to enjoy the Grand Canyon. Traveling with kids. Good breakfast however the kids missed hot chocolate option. Staff very friendly and willing to help all the time. Lindsey at the front desk was very kind and helped me every time we needed something (laundry, printing, extra key card). We will definitely come back to this hotel.
