When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available even though we had a reservation through Expedia. There was hardly any vehicles in the parking lot. Very disappointing after a long travel day.

It's a beautiful area, but this property is in disrepair. The only way I found the place at night was because Google Maps told me where to turn. There was a sign, but it was unlit, and no lights in the parking lot. I drove over a curb into a "landscaped" feature, but it was all dead anyway. Upon check-in, I had to go back to the office to get toilet paper. There were what looked like donut sprinkles in the bathtub, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned out from the previous use. The bed was comfortable, but no care was taken when making it up. I noted dust and debris under the bed and furniture. The AC unit was held in by cardboard, and the window, which boasted a beautiful view, was streaky and dirty. I'm not sure what's going on with this place. Although I needed a cheap place to stay for a conference, I'm glad I didn't have to spend more time there. The internet connection was stable, however, for a two-hour Zoom meeting. I did appreciate that.

This is an old hotel that has been allowed to run down. However, for the price, you can't beat it. The part that is open is fine and it is convenient to most of the city. Not real amenities.

The property is too run down. Needs renovation. Had an unpleasant smell. Maybe owners are waiting to demolish and rebuilt. Good location with hill top view of the city. Near university.

Didn't stay there. They gave my room away. Expedia needs to pay me back

Door was all messed up, toilet was dirty and full of toilet paper

There was no safety lock on the front door. The cable tv did not work. The bathtub was aged and damaged with cracks. The kitchenette flooring was aged and damaged. The air conditioner was badly installed. the carpet was aged and water damaged. The kitchen counter was broken. There was a dog barking next door. I did not want to sleep here I didn't not feel safe and it did not feel clean. The sheets of both beds were dirty. I had expected a king sized bed from my order and got two twin sized beds. There were no security bars on the windows of a ground level unit, a broom stick was the only thing keeping it closed. The room was not clean. There were still objects like lipstick on the floor behind the bed. I could not stay here. I called for a ride almost immediately and I left the unit after a thirty mins. I checked out the next morning. I've never felt so unsafe in any travel accommodations in thirty years of traveling several countries.

Very old and unclean place. We checked in and then asked for a refund.

Disgusting condition, unclean and broken. Nothing like advertised and pool was empty shut down, unlike the listing said. Couldn’t stay, got a refund and left.

No staff after 10 pm. Called while i was traveling to ask when i was going to be there.

The front desk was really impolite and unprofessional. The place doesn’t not look like the picture plus their service is awful. Wouldn’t recommend it even though it seems cheap, it not worth it.

We stayed at the hotel, we made the reservation through the Expedia platform, I stayed with my wife and 3-year-old child. The conditions are tragically unsanitary, it doesn't really matter to us that everything is old, but everything here is very dirty, the room smells like some kind of stable, we are forced to stay here, because we arrived late at night, and it is unrealistic to find another hotel, because the money for the night has already been spent in the Hoteldom on this, in my opinion, barn. I would like to receive compensation for this, because in my opinion it poses a risk to the health of my child. Such establishments should not be on your platform, in general, such establishments should not exist.

Dirty run down, facility!!!

i reached around 9:30 pm. office was closed. but when i called the number posted at door. the staff member come right away to hand me the key

Where to start….DONT DO IT! Bathroom - green stained tub, 4 foot high shower nozzle, sink tap isn’t attached just gravity held Kitchen area - oven is greasy, top of cupboard sticky greasy, microwave has more yellow than white Beds - comfortable, sheets clean, top cover coffee stained like A/C - room was cool, couldn’t figure how to turn it off, held in with red tuck tape, every 45 minutes or so make higher pitch squeal for about 15 minutes Pool - drained and sludgy and was told it’s been shut down for a while Room - carpet has a 4 ft by 8 ft section cut and replaced, I wonder what happened there? Window doesn’t lock but a chunk of 1x1 was there to hold down the security of the room There is an Indian restaurant in the same parking lot, so if you don’t like the smell of fine Indian cuisine it may bother you.

Absolutely horrified by the conditions. Half the buildings were boreded up. Blankets and towles were crusty. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Nothing was clean
