Good location & friendly staff! Our room was always nicely cleaned when we came back. The room and bathroom are spacious. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The shower can be very warm, so be careful when adjusting the temperature. AC works really well. Breakfast is continental and is fresh. Only downside is when the neighbors come back late and slam their door couple of times so we woke up all the time. Overall I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Modern, comfortable hotel in a very convenient location for getting around Alicante, close to the shopping area, the station and the marina. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and generally good soundproofing. Breakfast is decent and the staff are usually friendly and professional. A good option both for a city break and a business trip, with quite balanced value for money for a 4-star hotel.

Stayed for one night, took a while to check in, longer than any other check in I've had. Room was lovely and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Towels were very thin and uncomfortable when drying yourself also the toilet paper was the really cheap stuff. It's just little touches like that they don't get five stars.

Big comfortable rooms and excellent service. The Hotel have a breakfast restaurant, a bar and small restaurant with a lovely young friend lady who gives excellent service . The food in breakfast bar and restaurant is excellent

Big comfy rooms, everything needed is there or you may ask (toothbrush etc). There was a noisy electrical panel in my room, I wasn't able to sleep. I went to reception and asked to move me to any other quite room and they proposed me even better very big and quite room. Near reception you can always take a clean water and fresh apple. I took 2 bottles of still water from minibar and wasn't charged. In DDC hotel in Alicante I was charged for 1 bottle double amount of what it was written in the price.
