My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our way back from Garden of the Gods. It was a great location for our travel needs as it was close to I-25. Check-in was quick and our room was nice and clean! They even had lemon infused water and coffee in the lobby for their guests. The room we had was a little dated as there were a few marks on the walls, but other than that, the room was great! In the morning, the hotel had a great spread for breakfast. They offered eggs, bacon, waffles, various breads, various cereals, coffee, and fruit. The woman who was in charge of restocking the breakfast buffet was jovial and played soft uplifting music to help you conquer the day. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would love to stay there again if the opportunity presented itself :)

We had a decent stay overall. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, and the breakfast each morning was satisfying with a good variety. However, the property itself felt a little dated and could use some updates. Pool and gym are very small. Also, the hotel is close to the interstate, so there was noticeable road noise at night. Not a bad place for a one or two night stay if you aren't spending time at the hotel, but a few improvements would make a big difference.

Room was not as clean as most and carpet was in tough shape

Pool and hot tub dirty and the carpet and the room was coming up. Plus was having a food truck there for lunch and supper time

Nice to be on the bike/running/walking trail

Pool area disgusting Spa not working , Property is Old ,, bed hard as a rock. I actually checked back out after going to my room and looking at the pool

The stay was great, nice view, really good breakfast!

This property could use some updating, some areas in the room had some wear and tear and were older. A spot or two on the carpet in the common areas were stained. The staff was nice, check in was easy and the room was adequate.

We picked this property because it had connecting rooms, which would have been really nice, given that my wife and I have 4 young kids and thought this way we could share a room/bed and keep an eye on the kids. When we first arrived, the rooms assigned to us weren't even on the same floor. Fortunately, the staff was kind enough to at least get us into 2 adjacent rooms, but they're not connected, so my wife and I still had to stay in separate rooms. I realize that the logistics can be challenging to get connecting rooms, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

This is a dilapidated property! Very gross! The staff is kind & we did see them working hard to clean & provide for guests but it’s obviously been let go for way too long & beyond a deep scrubbing. Spend the money to go elsewhere! Will let the pictures speak for themselves. Greeted by a filthy carpet, toilet & random trashed closet door. Ripped carpet, stained chairs, walls furniture & carpet. The bed was clean & comfy & the pillows nice. They did work continuously on the breakfast (eggs, meat & pastries), good amount of parking & the surrounding walking paths & bridges were beautiful. I would feel cleaner sleeping in our car at a rest stop!! Pool & hot tub were out of order during our stay.

Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. Shower head was perfect. Maintenace was being done. Thank you.

Conveniently located next to the interstate. Front desk staff was polite. Continental breakfast was good, always had fresh coffee and cold water available in lobby. Our room was standard in the terms that it was not anything special. Bed was comfortable. had to ask for a clean towels from the front desk. Had to ask for trash bags from the front desk. Had to get batteries for the TV remote from the front desk. Our carpet was so filthy that I had a sticky residue on the entire floor. The room and the halls were very smelly for lack of words.

Average at best. Disappointed that hot tub was inoperable

The beds were really comfortable. Pet friendly. I like the fact they didn't charge a arm and leg for dog fee.

Receptionist was very helpful.

My challenge was the in-room coffee was not replenished any of the 4 night stay. Also the conditioner was empty, only noticed with first shower. Not replenished the next day and sought housekeeping for replacing. Great breakfasts. Great front desk. Great location for our needs.

This hotel was a little beat up. It felt clean enough but the carpet and furniture looked worn. It had a great breakfast though and the staff was really friendly
