The location is close to the station, and the front office staff is friendly. The room is average.

The room was clean and access to the subway station is excellent.

The data stay experience here is very pleasant, strategically located close to the station and restaurant, making it easier for its guests.

the big thing of this hotel is no air condition in the room (even that day is very damn hot day). They just gave us a little tiny fan which is not get any air from it. There is no any information that no ac in the room. (I can’t get any sleep)

The plus point for this hotel is the location, its in front of Wien Central Station (one minute walk from exit Sudtiroler Platz). Many fast food, convenience store, chocolate shops inside haupbahnhof (central station). The room is small, the bathroom is ok. Hot water worked well. The room is clean. There is elevator. Room has tv and hairdryer. Only on the first day they didn't clean our room and change towels. After we asked, they cleaned it everyday. I got the price for around euro 100ish per night, stay for 5 nights.

I was stay there for 2 nights and actually it was a good hotel but lack in human resources. When I was check in on May 11th at 10pm, the reception clerk was a rude young woman, unfriendly and texting with her phone during check in process, so we must wait for a moment until she finished texting and smiling with her phone. And when we took our 4 luggages from the storage room, instead of helping us, she just kept texting and smiling with her phone in the luggage room. That was a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. Other than that, everythings fine if you are not staying during summer I guess because there is no air conditioner in rooms.
