clean, the staff was super and the morning breakfast was real good

I was extremely impressed with the facility as well as the staff. I cannot say enough good. I would highly recommend this facility.

Property doesn’t look well maintained nor pleasant on the outside. The inside is nice and clean but the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The free breakfast is bland and tasteless. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed here multiple times over the last 2 years. Things are getting bad at this property. Decent price for a decent room was my go to for a quick getaway. But the rooms have slacked in cleanliness. This last stay the door would not latch on it's own. It was in the middle of the night when i realized it. Just had to rig things til the morning. Bedding seem to be just thrown together. Dirt and dust on the headboard. At least linen was clean this time. That's the 1 good thing i can say. Might not come back anymore

The room had water damage in the shower Ceiling , carpet was stained, there was rust in areas. Breakfast had good options and pool was nice

The place is not clean, we even found cockroaches, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper, the reception staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful, no one solved anything

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent and welcoming service. They were incredibly understanding of our situation and went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which made a huge difference for us—especially after having a bad experience at another hotel. The room and overall property were spotless and well-maintained. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here, and it truly gave us peace of mind. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely kind service. We will definitely be back!

Property was ok, staff were very rude. Cut breakfast short , cut pool time shorter than the sign said. Don’t service the room unless you ask. Room had damages to it prior to our arrival. But was still clean for the most part. You get what you pay for

Just needed a bed for the night. They had what I needed in the right location. Staff was friendly and helpful

Let me start off by saying this entire hotel is in rough shape!!! Front doors where broken, they had to stay open all the time. Door to room had to be slammed for it to even latch. Tub drain stopper wouldnt stop a mack truck much less any water, so no bath for the kids. Several exit doors were out of order, so we had to walk all the way to main entrance everytime we left and came back. Pool was out of order and was never told at check in. Just an all around bad experience!!!!!

Down to one elevator. So if your room is on other side of hotel you have to take the only sketchy elevator to your floor then walk to other side of hotel. Bathroom was dirt with hair and bugs in shower and door. Bedroom lamp switch broken. Rusty on most items in hotel and room

Our stay started with a calamity in that a man in the next room began shouting at a woman on the phone -- and kept on going. He was very loud. We asked for a new room and got it quickly. The staff was excellent in helping us with that. The breakfast was excellent, featuring scrambled eggs and sausage, biscuits and waffles (and more). All carpets had been or were being cleaned (the carpet was even still damp). One suggestion for the hotel: The tiny shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were hard to squeeze out -- perhaps a different type of bottle is in order?

Contrary to the website information, the pool wasn't available to use. It was completely empty. Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, window did not close all the way and wasn't able to be locked, phones in room didnt work, ac made a disruptive noise every time it turned on and off. Stains on carpet and one of the head boards. Complimentary breakfast was large but most of it tasted terrible. Dried puke in the sink of the lobby bathroom. It was cleaned up as soon as I let the front staff know but it had definitely been there awhile. Shower water remained hot but the water pressure is disappointing. Wouldn't recommend.

The elevator was down, the automatic opening front door did not operate. The remote control for the room TV did not operate properly, could not turn the TV on or off with the remote or control volume. Staff was friendly, close to Wake Forest where I was going.
