Very old and rundown!

The bathroom had exterior damage . Water were leaking from the shower also there were other damage although I brought my own towels still were no towels in the room staff were not friendly

Property supposedly has roaches. Room smelt of cigarettes. Counters were stripped of boarding still had dried glue left over. Dents in fridge. Key system out dated. Keys failed multiple times had to get new ones. Counter tops had holes. Overall not a good experience, and on top of that property would not give any type of refund

I couldn't rate it a "terrible" because we decided not to stay and find out. Hotel has an overall filthiness about it both inside and out. Splintered furniture. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Burnt cigarette markings around tub, sink, toilet. Dirty smoke filled hallways and elevator shaft. A young woman with children sharing a 5th of liquor with a friend in the parking lot outside the office window. Red flag was a dedicated Law Enforcement Officer Parking spot. An overall unsafe vibe. Was worried about our van being broken into at night so we decided to eat the cost of my blunder and go to a nicer hotel 2 mi down the road. I would not stay at this hotel chain ever nor would I book through a third party app. All that being said the nice front desk clerk congratulated us on our graduating soldier. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. I feel duped. Hotel description and photos are not an accurate representation of the facility. Pay attention the the reviews.

The experience I have had at this location has been the worst ever. It started off at check- in being harassed by intoxicated men in front of the lobby while i was trying to check in late night. I paid 166 a night at this location. As soon as i stepped in the room it smelled like a kennel . The room was extremely dirty. I had to go and buy cleaning supplies just to set my things down. After cleaning the room. I ordered uber eats before i went to sleep before work. When i woke up ROACHES was eating my lunch. To much the whole landscape looks like an ashtray. I will never stay here again. I filled a formally complaint with the corporate office and the DM was supposed to reach out. I never heard anything. Trust me the DM would never stay at this location. Its not ok for them to do the customers the way they do. Taking your money and expecting you to stay in roach traps. I will be canceling my corporate national account with Extended Stay.

The staff was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. It just shows that the staff is doing a good job, however, the property is run down. Everything is very old and not appealing at all. No hot water in the bathroom sink. And limited hot water in the shower. The hot water would come and go.

I loved my stay everything was clean and neat.

Couldnt even be there more than 15 min after asking for a refund

Everything about this place was a complete disaster. 99.99% of the "guests" smoked. The room smelled utterly disgusting and I didn't want to touch anything. I made reservations within the hour of arrival. Could hardly breathe due to the smell of smoke in the room. Looked like a divey hotel from a movie. Isolated and scary.

No lamps Bath dirty Mo breakfast

Horrible stay there was stains in the bathroom that looked like blood the smell in the room was awful . Dirty sheets dirty towels dirty beds . Under the beds there was so much dirt 2/10 .

Definitely not a safe area, looks more like there’s people living there than an actual hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Staff was friendly. No hot water and left covered in bed bug bites!!

Bathroom & kitchen wasn’t up to part we had cleaned the fridge to put or left overs in it. There wasn’t any hot water so we didn’t even stay. Wife was nervous with staying in the room alone cause the people walking and hanging out.

There were all kind of people hanging around, sitting on steps, you could barely pass them, I sat out garbage and it stayed there for 2 days.....I had a baby toilet , so low to the floor it was horrible....I really want my money back , this was a NO No for me....

Lots of weed smoking on the balconies, loud rap music into the night, room was filthy - tub did not drain and was black, fridge had black mold.

Was in town for sons basic graduation

Additional dog fee disproportionate to condition of room. Very worn.

The conditions of this place are unacceptable and hazardous for anyone to be in. the lack of maintenance and cleanliness is not only unappealing, but also poses potential health risk. The presence of bugs and cigarette buds is concerning and goes against the no smoking policy that is supposedly in place. its clear that this establishment is in dire need of demolition in order to ensure the safety and well-being of its visitors. I left after two hours booked at a different location it's sad that military families are being deceived into thinking that this is a safe and clean place.
