They didn’t have the pool open, but other than that it was great.

Clean, modern, high-rise hotel with glass elevator. Standard room with very standard amenities and a very firm bed. 5-10 minute walk to el Monumento de la Revolucion. Favorite feature was the rooftop pool, which was heated, so it could be enjoyed even on cool evenings. Discovered a nice neighborhood across el Paseo de la Reforma, with good restaurants.

Hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Pool was small but the kids had fun. The only issue I had was getting extorted by a cop 30 feet away from the building at 6pm in the evening going to get a Starbucks. CDMX sucks go somewhere else.

Requested additional blankets and pillows multiple times since the heater was making a loud noice when turning on and couldn’t fall asleep, but never received until I had to call the next day.
