The room was not ready on time after they said it would be. It was ready almost two hours later. There were a few yucky insects that appeared in our room. They gave us a new room. The bath had hairs in it and one was on a sheet. The indoor pool was not inviting. The breakfast and coffee was fine though.

We had a pleasant stay

Pool definitely needs to be updated it’s falling apart and it looked like people were partying in there the night before.

Shower fixture had problem

The picture of facilities shows a hot tub but it is not from this hotel, no Hot Tub!

The property was dated and needed renovation. The ac was loud. The bathroom light was dim and it had a urine smell. There was a dirty towel hanging on the curtain rail. The only good thing was the front desk was friendly when I was checking in.

We chose this place because it’s a Marriott and because inside pool . The pool was closed . Hotel dirty. Sofa couch did not have linen and we had to ask for it and extra towels for all of us . It was brought to us because they had it in storage and not folded as it was pulled from another room or pulled out of dryer. Very disappointed .

Overall a comfortable stay

Air conditioner in room was broken. Pool closed and wasn’t told when booked it was closed and that was a reason we picked hotel.

Remodeling in early morning was loud and pool was closed.

Smells like mold

The staff were great—friendly and welcoming. However, the property itself needs improvement. In the first room we stayed in, there was no hot water, and I eventually gave up trying to fix it. Additionally, the A/C system was not functioning properly. To the staff's credit, they moved us to another room that was slightly better. The elevator felt like it was about to fall apart, and the pool and jacuzzi were ice cold, even though maintenance staff were on duty. On the positive side, the location was perfect for convenience to highways, shopping, and dining. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I would rate this hotel a 6.5.
