Kitchen was fine. Coffee in lobby okay, not much of variety of food.

The elevator did not work and that was such an inconvenience for me

down the street from Del Amo mall-tons of restaurants & markets close by and the Redondo Beach is only 5mins away

Felt like the rooms were a bit run down. Staff was great

Front Doors did not work properly. Hallways have a bad odor

Towels were not clean with evidence of not being washed. To go breakfast was a joke and front desk staff rude and doesn’t care. I do not recommend staying here

Front desk was nice!

Check in no clerk (11:30 early check in) looked like he was sleeping and confused about our reservation. Failed to notify us of possible power outage. Power all night and hotel/staff completely unprepared. No backup plan other than place A flashlight at end of hall on nothing else. We had a predawn departure for a commitment and had to cancel. My wife lost balance/tripped in dark walking to unmanned front desk. I am going to cancel my membership (this was my first stay) and demand a refund due to incompetence.

Booking was confirmed but there was power outage and I was deprived a room

first off the remote for the tv didn't work. my husband went down and got another one only it didn't work either. he called down to the front desk and the clerk said he would be up but never showed up. the hall smelled like it was wet and mildewed.

Trash was strewn around the property. Checkin attendant was not friendly or accommodating.
