Great area and overall a good hotel. However, there was loud drilling noises in the early hours of the morning that made it hard to sleep. Also, I was charged $30 extra a day because I booked through Expedia.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, receptionist greeted us with big smiles.

Beautiful building. Beautiful location. Terrible room. Our room was across from the bar bathroom one floor down from check in. Slamming of the bathroom door across the hall was constant. The staff was doing laundry directly above our room and the ceiling fan was shaking. I felt like we were staying with extended family that was really mad we were there and made as much noise as possible to make us uncomfortable and leave.

Arrived a couple of hours early and our room wasn't ready(not unexpected). Our luggage was stored; car parked; and we were texted within an hour that room was ready. Hotel staff was friendly and provided local information as needed.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find even using GPS. We called the hotel and the front desk attempted to guide us to the hotel. We did eventually find it. Other than that, it was an amazing hotel. Loved the old architecture mixed in with the new. The room was quite unique and very comfortable. Great location also. The staff was also superb

Loved the history of it being the cotton exchange. Beautiful design and decor.

Very nice place, although wasn’t very happy with the view in our room it looked at a brick wall. Finding where to pull in to unload was a challenge especially in the rain. Better signage may help.

I booked the stay on February 9,th with a balcony room with 2 queen beds ! Got here on May 18 and was told they overbooked and gave me a room without a balcony I drove 5 hours to get here ! Looked online the next morning and they advertised a room with a balcony ? I loved the location just couldn't understand why I wasn't informed before I arrived
