Stunning hotel and amazing rooms / restaurant is impeccable

Absolutely delightful hotel. The rooms have a very playful feel. The whole hotel has a lovely feel to it

The hotel is amazing, best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Only issue was getting woken at 6am bye a telephone call from reception. Not once, but twice. Asking if we had booked a taxi, which we hadn’t. There’s also renovations ongoing, so once back asleep after the phone call, we had constant drilling

The best hotel we have ever stayed in! Such a unique hotel and the attention to detail was amazing. You really feel like you leave the outside world behind when you step into this hotel. We stayed with our child and dog who were realland welcomed into the hotel. Can’t wait to book our next stay. Thank you

Beautiful room, really cool decor. The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly. We used the gym in the morning and it was really well equipped. The hotel smelt beautiful also!

The highlight of this stay is definitely the staff (shoutout to Precious and C/Katherine). Professional, affable and warm. They ensure we're well accommodated for and settle in easily. Room was spotless, no complains no doubt. 11/10 would try other suites.

Been to many hotels in Manchester, but this was something else. Such a great room, have never spent as much time in a hotel room. It was so cute and comfortable. Excellent bathroom products and drinking water available was such a bonus

Large clean room

The service in the restaurant was exceptionally slow, took over an hour for our breakfast to arrive. Sadly everyone was complaining
