We always enjoy our stay at the Comfort Inn in Guelph. It's always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I did not like that we could hear people outside our room talking in the early morning hours. Room 126 was not ideal. They called it an upgrade but it was right next to the front desk. therefore smokers were right outside our window. 2 and 3 and 4 in the morning talking and laughing. Very disturbing considering we had a 3 hour drive and we are seniors. Not sure what to say further!

The location was perfect for us - easy to get to the University, good restaurants close to the hotel, easy on to Highway 6 back to the 401. Very comfortable breakfast area with very helpful breakfast staff.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, no matter the hour of day. I chose to stay here because of the easy free parking, rather than looking for parking near the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains mostly did their job but of course, street lights leaked through the edges of the curtains so, I found having my eye mask very helpful. Otherwise, a safe and comfy stay for a single female traveller. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were a bit cold but highly recommend!

Everything about this property was excellent.

Breakfast was horrible. The meat didn’t look cooked and the eggs were like play-dough. the sink plug was mouldy. The tv didn’t work (shows would freeze and lag). For the quality it should have been half the price.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The beds were so hard we could not sleep. It felt like we were laying on rocks. Then there is a $200 deposit they hold which is almost the same price as the room. You don’t get that back for about five days. All in all not impressed

Got a newly renovated room. Actually had someone make me waffles and get my eggs for me also. Great special service.
