The room was clean and nice. The staff at the front desk were polite mannerly and efficient. The problem was the noise levels from people in the hallways and in the rooms. There were children screaming and loud TV 's and music. I believe children were left alone in the room next to me and they kept trying to get into my room through the adjoining doors. The noise did not stop until about midnight. I will never stay at this hotel in the future. I am wondering if you have people living full time in these rooms.

Nice Hotel Friendly staff

Our room was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was good, fresh and plentiful. Kitchen kept clean.
