Staff was very friendly, the room was very nice and it was very clean as well. It was generally quiet.

Breakfast was ok. The room is quite small for breakfast so it was crowded. We had a main floor patio which made unpacking and packing our vehicle easy.

Unable to have breakfast as there was very little 'cooked breakfast' food left when we arrived just after 8am, and the food stations looked like raccoons had attacked them with food everywhere.To be honest it was pretty off putting. We ended up going elsewhere. This was very disappointing as the hotel was generally good otherwise.

The dining area is really small and it was hard to find a staff member to help.

Tge property has been renovated, however... what is portrayed on the Expedia website is not at all like what the room looks like. The picture on the website shows French doors leading into the bedroom... No French doors. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the man next door blowing his nose. Also, everything is new but the towels and the bathtub. The shampoo leaked out into the tub making it very slippery. The shower curtains are old, and appear weathered and dirty.

Perfect Little spot to stay for one night on the go or Even couple of nights to visit Fredericton. Nice Little breakfast…and the room was clean. Nothing négative about this place.

A very nice hotel. So clean, well maintained, noise proof, comfy. One of us forgot some products & the front desk was able to give us what we needed.

The property was very clean and quiet which is great after a very long day travelling. The one thing I did notice is that we had to make a 100 deposit which was supposed to go directly back in our visa. It has been 6 days since we checked out and the visa says it is “pending”. Maybe all travellers should be aware that some hotels do not process it directly after you leave and the room is checked. Besides that it was all good.
