i stay there for about 2 weeks it was a peaceful and i had no any issue.

The staff was pleasent and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Breakfast was nice with variety. Parking was free and ample. Room and beds were clean and comfortable, and temperature could be controlled within the room. Fridge, ironing equipment and microwave was in room. Some improvemets needed: I would have liked a lot more if room had fresh and pleasant smell when entering.g the room, it smelled like carpet. The towel bar in room was missing. Otherwise good value for money.

This was one of the most disappointing stays I've had, especially considering the price. The rates were comparable to a good hotel, but the experience felt like staying at a very low-quality inn. The property was dirty from the moment we arrived. The hallway carpets were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Getting to our room on the second floor with luggage was a terrible experience because there was no elevator, so we had to carry everything up the stairs. The front desk experience was just as disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming, never smiled, and made us feel as though we were bothering her simply by checking in. Good customer service starts with a friendly attitude, and that was completely missing. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was low quality, made with cheap ingredients, and offered very little variety. It certainly did not match the price we paid or the expectations for a property charging hotel-level rates. T For the price we paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Instead, we got poor service, dirty facilities, and an overall unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this inn to others. They should rename this place "Uncomfortable Inn" because that's exactly what it is.

Don't let looks deceive you. Outside of the hotel looks old but inside it's quite nice and clean. Enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was pretty good with numerous hot and cold food.

The breakfast didn't have too many options when we got there at 9:20 am. I did see 1 person pilling on the pancakes and sausage so maybe they didn't refull because of her but it's too bad for the rest of us.

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking and close to Montreal.
