Everything was excellent. Check in was prompt and they let me check in an hour early. My room was towards back of hotel and was clean and cosy. Has been updated and is very safe and secure. Very quiet as well.

Clean rooms

There was a smelly odor in the bed and the room was not freshen up. We stayed 2 days, did not know that we have to request for room cleaning. Morning breakfast was limited on our 2nd day.

The property was very clean buy there was no elevator for the second floor rooms. We did not have a hair dryer in our room. We had to park out back and drag suitcased in from there.

I want to sleep there but once i wen there they told me thèse noroom invalide and i pay for nothing

This property is worn out. For the high rate I would have expected better. Wouldn’t book here again. Needs a refresh badly.

Carpets seemed to be very dirty. There was a moldy, damp smell in the lobby and even in the room. The mattress seemed to have thinned from years of use, I could feel the metal spring pressing on the body. Not worth what we paid for at all.

Stayed at this location on the way to Tadoussac. Felt we could have stayed another night. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Washroom with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, all necessities. Friendly staff, good service. Excellent breakfast, different bread options, beverages, cooked egg, sausages, grilled potatoes, waffles. and just a lot of breakfast food. Loved our stay at this location

C'était cher payé pour cette chambre. 273$ incluant es taxes pour la nuit du 2 août dernier. Chambre non restaurée, tapis et divan lit usé. Lit qui renfonçait vers le centre. (parfait pour une personne, mais pas pour deux)Déjeuner à 9h15 et il n'y avait presque plus rien. Machine à café dans la chambre, mais pas de café.

Except a little problem with the air conditionning because we didn't ask for instructions, everything was perfect !!

The bed and pillows were comfortable, strong pressure shower head. Very nice staff. Mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom.

This is the place when in Saguenay.. very well situated… walkable…restaurants nearby etc

Bad odors in both rooms. One of the rooms was not clean enough. Employee at breakfast not very welcoming.
