We booked the stay because of the location near a hospital where we had an early appointment for some surgery. The original booking was a room on the second floor that was not convenient for mobility issues. Reception changed our room to a super convenient one. When I booked the room I noticed that there is no way to indicate mobility issues. The parking was right outside our room which was very handy. We left at 5:30 am for the hospital so I cannot comment on the free breakfast. The height of the beds was a challenge for my wife.

Amazing, accommodating staff! Pierre specifically, was very helpful towards our group and answered so many questions right off the bat! Rooms were very very clean!! Easy to commute to Montreal.

The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and the highways. Breakfast was good (typical food). Parking was adequate. Rooms were quiet and clean. Front desk staff were very efficient, kind and helpful.

The Hotel was very clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful…they offered a full breakfast including fruits ,yogurt ,and a delicious oversized waffle ❤️Easy parking! Close to attractions and sightseeing within 20 to 30 minutes….also nearby are gas stations and many fast food….not a very busy area! Will definitely recommend and I will certainly return! Thankyou!

It was a great location for our purposes. Our mornings started too early to enjoy breakfast. Staff was very helpful finding a new hair dryer when the one in the room didn't work. Access to dining area to get coffee and tea anytime was a nice feature

We had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The location is fantastic—right across from grocery stores and the subway, which made getting around incredibly easy. The entire place felt quite clean, and the included breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Our room was on the second floor, and since the building doesn't have an elevator, carrying our luggage up the stairs was a bit of a challenge. It's just something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or mobility needs. We also ran into a few minor issues in the room: there was no shampoo in the shower, the refrigerator was quite noisy at night, and we found some leftover food from a previous guest inside it. However, what really impressed me was the customer service. When I mentioned these things to the reception desk the next morning, they were incredibly nice and professional, offering a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience. Because of their excellent service and the great location, I would still recommend staying here—though I might request a ground-floor room next time!

It was a great experience and the location is perfect for what we needed.

Although not exactly a very modern hotel, we appreciate clean rooms, convenient parking, helpful staff, and hearty breakfast.
