The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Air conditioner was way up on the wall. Had to stand on the bed to adjust.

Breakfast was amazing

Room missing shower soaps, hair left in washroom. Not sure if was cleaned.

Ice machines were empty. No extra blanket in the room. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Free parking appreciated.

Ideal if you need to be around brossard, still not far to drive into montreal, on a main road and restaurants and outlet mall nearby. Ideal spot for the price.

Parking

Issue with my reservation. Manager was horrible to deal with. Told her I was going to be adding a bad review. She didn’t care. Absolutely no desire to fix the situation. Workers were great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Rooms need some fixing. Bathroom door didn’t close, shower leaked the whole time.

Carpet is in poor condition

Ample parking available. Exhaust fan didn't work for 2 days during a 3 days stay. Every time we contacted the front they apparently didn't do anything to fix it except David. David promptly resolved the issue.

Smelly room and poor wifi
