Very disappointing stay. When I checked in, the first room I was assigned had a smoke alarm that was constantly beeping. Instead of fixing it, I was moved to an upper-floor room. I had specifically booked a lower-level room because I was traveling with my elderly parents, and the hotel does not have an elevator. I was told no lower-level rooms were available and was forced to compromise. To make matters worse, the front desk promised a refund for the room difference and assured me it would be processed. I followed up multiple times during my stay and again at checkout. More than a week later, I still have not received the refund, and getting hold of the manager has been nearly impossible. The EV charging situation was also disappointing. The hotel is already located outside the city, yet they charge $2.50 per hour for EV charging while the charging speed is extremely slow (around 5 kW). Many hotels in the area, including some competitors, offer free charging or much more reasonable rates. The room itself was acceptable, but the poor customer service, unfulfilled refund promise, slow paid EV charging, and overall experience mean I would not stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices available however the dining area is a bit small. The young man at the reception desk was warm and welcoming. It is always impressive to see young people who are multilingual. Also thank you to the manager, Nathaniel, for helping us with the Wi-Fi. It was very kind of her to provide the small cakes our children were very happy

Looks Decent, Functions Like a Headache Let’s be clear: this place could be fine… if basic operations actually worked. The good (credit where it’s due): Naomi and David at the front desk are the only reason this review isn’t a complete demolition. They were genuinely kind, apologetic, and tried to fix problems they didn’t create. Breakfast (6:30-9:30am weekday) is passable (waffle, proteins, whole fruits, yogurt), and the bathroom is relatively clean (no mold), white, fresh linen. Free EV parking (bring your own plug) in the generous parking lot. That’s about where the positives end. Now the reality: * The room reeked of dog. Not subtle. Not “maybe.” Full-on soaked-into-the-carpet smell — despite being told pets are only on the first floor. Either that’s false or no one cleans properly. * Air quality was so bad (stuffy) we had to leave the door and tiny window open to cross ventilate just to breathe. Our nose started running every time we were in the room. * Beds are labeled “full,” but feel like they were shrunk in the wash. Two people = uncomfortable night. * No elevator + terrible layout = hauling luggage like an obstacle course. Long corridors, badly placed stairs, zero luggage carts. That’s not budget — that’s poor management. * Half the room didn’t work. Microwave and lights required rearranging furniture like we were rewiring the place ourselves. * comforter is VERY thin. Poor quality. * Housekeeping? Didn’t show. We were gone all day. No excuse. * TV isn’t smart — feels like 2010. If you want Netflix, bring your own setup. * black out curtain is nice except it’s off the rails so it lets light in * Hair dryer is basically decorative. * Hinge on the fridge door was falling apart - safety issue * Breakfast eggs = powdered disappointment * No decaf tea (small, but come on) The biggest issue? Staff inconsistency. Night staff (younger crew): professional, helpful, human. Day staff (older, more mature lady and men): rude, rigid, and borderline hostile. We were offered a late checkout (because of all the issues), but sadly had to argue with the day staff to honor it. That pretty much sums up the experience — one team trying to help, the other undoing it. ⸻ Bottom line: This place looks acceptable on the surface, but once you’re in, it’s a string of avoidable problems: poor maintenance, bad layout, inconsistent service, and questionable cleanliness. Are the reviews legit? Depends on your luck. Which room you are assigned and which crew serviced you. We had room 218. That’s why you see some reviews highly rated while some guests gave extremely poor ratings. And, it’s a motel, not hotel. You get what you pay for so adjust your expectations.

Room was almost clean( found someone else’s sock underneath one bed). It was also not very spacious. But the major inconvenience was not having an ELEVATOR. We had to carry our luggage using stairs and it was very inconvenient and exhausting. Breakfast was good. If you are staying there with luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs, I’d prefer requesting well in advance a ground floor room.

i don’t recommend at all if i could give 0 stars i would. honestly the worst night of my life.. i was staying with my bestfriend and our boyfriends, the boys were out at the bar whilst we were alone in our room, some crackhead kept banging on our door (at least 3 times) between midnight and 2 am, so we couldn’t sleep and we were terrified to leave our room, when our boyfriends came back the guy was still standing outside our door (1 hours after he knocked he stayed in front of our door the whole time) and when our boyfriends tried telling him to leave after asking what the hell he was doing he got defensive and said he was gonna beat one of the boyfriends up so the boys defended them selves and we unfortunately had to involve the police cause he wouldn’t leave. now 2 days later i check my bank account and on top of everything that happened, they charged me twice and started screaming at me on the phone when i called back to get a refund. really disappointing:(
