Room was excellent and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Would go there on my next trip for sure.

Everything was great!

Hotel has no elevator—I was travelling with several large, heavy suitcases and had a room on the second floor. Not fun. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. Placing a $100 fee on my c/c for “incidentals” was not appreciated. Hotel breakfast did not open until 6:00am and I left at 5:55 so not even a coffee. Not appreciated. Check-in lady was competent.

The front desk attendant was quite rude, and it is extremely noisy. No sound proofing in the walls.

Needed to stay here when flights were rerouted. The airport shuttle worked well. No lift so be aware if lots of luggage.

It was a wonderful place to stay & the staff was very helpful to 2 people and go don’t speak French

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful for our stay. The room was generally clean and tidy, though it had a slight damp smell, and there was some visible mold on the heating/AC unit, which was a bit concerning. Walls are quite thin. we didn’t hear much noise at night, but in the morning we could clearly hear kids running and shouting in nearby rooms. There’s no elevator, so be prepared for stairs if you’re on the second floor (we were). Unfortunately, breakfast is served 6–9 am, and we missed it, so I can’t comment on the quality or selection. Overall, it was an okay, budget-friendly place to stay with pleasant staff, but a few maintenance issues (mold on ac unit, dampness you can smell) held it back from being great.
