Misleading photos in hotel description, almost everything in hotel room and bathroom was broken

It was very cluttered and dirty. There was beds, coffee tables and other random furniture around the outside and a storage container blocking up parking so prepare for no parking or tight parking, if you get there at the wrong time. Unlike every hotel I have been to, the doors all say exit only so you have to come through the front door every time past so many people and dogs (that aren't friendly) hanging out out front. If there was more access to the doors you could avoid other dogs and people. I have never been to hotel that only had bread and waffles for breakfast and had so many signs telling you what to do. The front dest staff was friendly, so you know they did not make the signs. There is no microwaves in the rooms so after you are disappointed with breakfast you have no access to make anything in your room. The fridge and tv, internet was okay and I didn't feel unsafe. Just was disappointed how dirty the tub was for having children that needed it and the water did not drain. Also spotted serval huge roaches in the hallways but not our rooms. This really could be a special place since it is so close to the park and river, but it has seen better days and needs a renovation.

We did not even go into this property to stay the night. I wish I could upload the pictures of the outside of the building. There was a pile of nasty mattresses right outside the building. Also, you are a block away from a prison. The quaint building pictured is across the street and in no way represents this Days Inn. DO NOT STAY HERE. I am currently trying to get a refund. We had to book somewhere else.

Did not like location. Did not feel safe.

Booked because had hot tub that was down for repair. No elevator and rooms on bottom floor all previously had pets. We knew it was you get what you pay for, but knowing what I know now I wouldn’t book with them again.

Breakfast menu is very limited, no fresh fruit, no protein, only two cereal options and waffles. Room was decent with good TV

Telephone didnt work, and the person at the counter didnt have a replacement phone. Room cleaning, is apparently only upon request for the next day if you ask.First time I've had to ask for the room to be serviced! TV remote didnt work. Toilet did not flush.

Great staff, breakfast and coffee in the morning, right in town on the main street where I can walk my dog, thank you!

Everything was as expected except the breakfast. There was only cereal, toast, and waffles. I've had better breakfasts at other Days Inn facilities.

Not bad

The bedspread had hair from previous persons. The bath floor had coffee or ?? spilled on it that wasn't mopped. TV remote was very greasy/dirty from food I think. I will not stay there again !

We chose this hotel because pool and hot tub were advertised, but neither was heated. They are clean though. The room is clean but not the wood floors or modern layout in the pictures. They are doing a lot of renovation though. Location was amazing. Across the street from the royal gorge train.
