Carpet in hallways was dirty and old. Fans used for hallways were loud

I liked that the staff was really friendly, especially the day front desk person. The room was clean and the hotel was cozy.

The pool and breakfast was great and convenient. Location was great and near lots of food options and shopping centers.

So many weird smells.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The outside of the hotel was fairly clean along with the lobby. Once you start down the hall to your rooms, the carpet was in need of a good cleaning and repair. Our room was on the first floor and this was a good thing since the elevator was out of order. The bad thing about the first floor though, was that the room above us was up late at night and making all kinds of nose walking back and forth across their room making the floor creek above us. Very thin floors I quess since we could hear them above. Had our toilet going down very slowly after we got back to our room the second night so I called the desk and was told that there was no maintenance or housekeeping there so the only thing they could do was bring me a plunger. They wanted me to come and get it but did finally bring it to our room and of course had to plunge it ourselves. Breakfast in the morning was very limited in choice. Not bad just limited. Would not stay here again.

Roms were clean but beds abd pillows were very hard and firm like sleeping on the ground ir floor.other wise was good

The staff at check in was great. Very cordial. Worked with me for an early check in and was professional and courteous. Wonderful employee.

The toilet had dry blood on it and the room was very dusty.
