In the bathroom, when you are taking the shower, the steam starts to condensate and drops of water are falling down. I think it might need a fan inside.

One issue. charged 5.00 a nite to park which is not listed on the site. Hotels .com site states free self parking. Location is a little of the beaten path.

The hotel was amazing. They did have security on premises. However, the homelessness and people on the streets directly outside was very offputting. The hotel itself was amazing.

The hotel was really good and the staff is really nice. I just wouldn’t walk anywhere from the hotel. There’s a lot of homeless down the streets and live in a building which like it’s being used as a shelter. If you do stay there please drive everywhere or use an uber/taxi service

The hotel was nice and clean, but unfortunately it is in an industrial area with tons of homeless.

I have been a Marriott customer for years because they never disappoint. This property was clean and well secured. I was happy security was on site, and they did walk the property regularly. The restaurant was a nice added feature.

The hotel was convenient to downtown Denver, and for the price, the accommodations were very satisfactory.

As we drove up to the hotel we were definitely feeling a bit uneasy, as we had to drive past a homeless shelter with LOTS of homeless camping out on the side of the road leading up to the hotel property. With 3 young kids under 6 years old this definitely didnt make me feel like we were in a safe area i was also a bit worried about our truck at night. Thankfully they have security 24/7 and the homeless seemed to keep their distance from the hotel property. Check in was easy and fast very nice staff, due to weather we ended up needing to check out early the general manager was very understanding and allowed us to get a full refund for the 2 days we werent going to stay there. The tv selection one very minimal. And the rim appeared pretty clean but the curtains were riped a bit and the phone, lamps and other various surfaces were pretty dusty.

It seemed like a convenient location on the map. Do not stay here. Go less than a mile away they are building a whole new nice area, there's a Chili's and a Super Target for reference. My coworker checked in before me, they charged her personal card for the whole stay instead of just the incidentals hold. Then stated they couldn't do anything about it so when I arrived I updated it to our company card and had to give her money to hold her over until the hotel hold was released which they said they could do nothing about. I get up to my room and there was a bloody used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I couldn't deal with that at the moment so I went to sleep in an otherwise clean room and reported it to the day manager in the morning. He said "Ew!" and said he would have it taken care of. I got back after work and it was still there and I had no clean towels to shower with. I called the front desk and repeated my issue. She sent someone up with towels about 45 minutes later. They gave me three washcloths. I had to send her away to get me bath towels. They never took the nasty one away. I tossed it where I wouldn't have to look at it and left it there all week. They didn't charge me for the parking (yet, not all charges have cleared so far) and they gave my coworker one free drink from the lobby store. If you got this far in reading, you should also know that right outside the hotel is a homeless building and tent city. Stay elsewhere.

This hotel is a great little hotel that also has a restaurant with breakfast and Starbucks. The VERY unfortunate things about this hotel is its location. This hotel I recommend for a business stay. It's really lovely with updated bathrooms and cute eatery. Absolutely terrible if you care anything about the surroundings of your hotel. Huge un-homed people building right there. I was not concerned for my safety and I will stay here again only on similiar business trip

The staff was very nice but the motel is next to a homeless camp and we felt unsafe. They had a security guard inside the lobby but those of us with vehicles were concerned they may be broken into. Also the only soap in the room was attached to the shower so no soap at the sink and it is next to a noisy highway. First Marriott i have been very disappointed in.

The road to the hotel had homeless people camping on both sides. You have to be careful driving though not to hit someone. The hotel itself absolves itself of anything that happens to your car belongings left in the car. During my 4 night stay cleaning on occurred once. Front desk was very polite during check-in.
