very clean property , rooms and amenities as described, smooth check in and check out , very friendly staff , complementary breakfast was excellent , and Monica serving at the breakfast counter was excellent ! pleasant stay. Stayed for two nights !

I love the courtyard itself it has been remodeled. The staff was good the lobby was good. You really need to offer a free breakfast. The rooms are small

Quick and easy check-in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room size was spacious. Cleanliness on point. The building had some small wear and tear, but overall - good condition. Checkout was smooth and staff was exceptional. Excellent customer service! There was a Starbucks in the lobby and the price was equivalent to any offsite Starbucks. Staff was amazing and polite. When exiting, we were thanked multiple times and welcomed to come back soon. Overall - excellent stay.

There is only one elevator and you have to pay for breakfast which is expensive. There isn't even complimentary water.

The check in was simple and the location is perfect for my pick up of my college student. There are plenty of options around this location, but I like the way Marriot presents their rooms. Comfortable.

I greeted and served by the GM. He was awesome!

The only negative was that the mini fridge vibrated and was noisy. Location was great. Close to lots of restaurants and the hospital where we had an appointment.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Upscale, new, clean, wonderful night while out of town.
