We got to the hotel close to 10pm. There was only one worker which I kinda expected. But check in was so slow. The room was nice tho. Just. A one night sat as we were only passing through headed to pigeon forge

We were in town for a track meet and needed something cost efficient but clean. The property is older but has been remodeled with new floors and electronics. It was just what we needed for a quick two night stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had enough breakfast restocked for my son regardless of what time breakfast ended. We were leary with it being on the highway and having a lot of guests, but everyone was respectful of noise and space and there were not any disturbances during prime time resting.

It was ok. Had no cleaning service. Two towels for two people for two days. Midfle of t he road.

The room itself was clean. It reeked of cigarette smoke. Obviously a previous person had smoked in the room, and it was still a very strong smell. I did see two small roaches in the room.

The room was clean and very comfortable. There was no bedside clock although there was one on the microwave.

The door of the room would not shut properly. Door was defective.

The door to the room was nearly impossible to open. It was either a bad fit or the lock was broken. And when closed the door the seal was poor because the cold air blew in and you could see the light outside around the door frame. We were there for only one night and the cost was minimal so we stayed. The bathroom faucet barely worked. Shampoo bottle empty and the hair dryer broken. The door was the major item.

Stayed one night. It was quiet and hotel staff was friendly. The only downfall was breakfast. With all they had to offer, everything was empty and not restocked before breakfast was over.

Breakfast was ok, waffles and juice. Bed and bedding were soft and clean. Starbucks and Jacks a blocks walk. Room was updated but floor was dirty, remote to TV didn't work, shower fixtures exposed. You get what you pay for. I would stay again driving through and just needed a place to sleep.

Unsafe because there was no chain on the door, or physical barrier to being opened with the key. This only really bothered me because we lost the key in the envelop with the room number on it. You could see there had been a physical door block but it had been ripped out of the door frame and not replaced.

Decent stay for a pretty poor hotel in the area. Wasn't made aware that the water would be turned off during my stay for pipe fixing so I didn't get a chance to take a shower before departing

The staff at the front desk was very nice, particularly the young man that checked us out. The room was clean, the only reason I gave it a low mark is that the towels from the previous guest were left on the hook of the bathroom door. Also, the bathroom sink faucet leaked water all over the counter whenever it was turned on.

Looked at the room and said *no way.. Didn't stay. AC was broken, the room smelled like a dirty foot, semi trucks were jake braking right outside the door, the property is on a heavily used intersection just off the highway, the parking lot needs paved and I question the security due to the location.

We stopped here for a rest break on the way home from our family vacation. It wasn’t bad. Our room did have a slight musky smell, but the linens were clean and fresh. The room seemed clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The desk attendant was absolutely wonderful and very nice. I felt like the price was a bit high for the

It was dirty and the tub was awful and full of hair. The entire room was a not so good experience. We had no choice but to stay due to no rooms available. The stains on the bed spreads were awful.

It’s a little rundown pretty much good condition. The floors were dirty in the room. Breakfast wasn’t that great? What do you expect for continental? Very friendly management

My shower curtain was molded and the room smelled like smoke. Gross.

Looks like lots of upgrades being made

The clerk was nice and polite.
