A pool and free breakfast is always nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!

My bad experience was with you guys at booking me from the same room twice for one night you guys are going to rip me off not them

beds were too hard, the pillows too small and the shower hardly had any pressure.

Building is aging but well kept. Beds were comfortable.

It is a very quiet and safe hotel, clean, I recommend it.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good but the carpeting needs to be replaced due to dirt dust stains possible contaminants as the cleaners are not cleaning it as they should.

Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Furniture dated and dusty, carpets need to be cleaned. Overall it was suitable for our quick stop night stay as the price was good. Staff was very friendly, pool was nice.

We were checked in this hotel 2 weeks before because my grandson was born 3 months early. I in my frantic state to get to bend I accidentally booked the wrong weekend! However I was told that I could not change my reservation or cancel it without loosing the entire cost. I rebooked directly with the hotel where I paid 3x the price of Expedia for a room that had mold, blood on the floor some sort of rust/blood on the door frames of the bathroom. It was horrible!!! When I complained and asked to be moved I was told “only if you have not touched anything because we are booked and would have to put another family in the room”. I was beside myself how are they going to put anyone in a room that is clearly filthy and a biohazard!? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all

We rented 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds. Hair in the tub dirty toilets. We paid 1100.00 for each 2 night room. Price gouged !!!!!!! The police were called for some drug doing people in the lobby!!!! We were there for an all-star Baseball tournament! Disappointed that Expedia is letting this hotel in this area represent their quality of service! Not a complainer as a rule. But $2,200.00 for my kids to be scared to sleep in a dirty room! We also never received any housekeeping! At the very least a refund is in order! At the least I repeat.If I would have had any other choice trust me I would have taken it. Music festival in town allowed for this. Is no stars not a thing?

Typical Quality Inn. What you would expect. Nice breakfast. Typical chain hotel room. It was clean and enjoyable for the one night we stayed. Close to shopping and some restaurants.

Comfortable & clean

The Bend, Or. area is extremely expensive for rooms. I am on a 3 week trip. The room was twice as much as any place else I’ve stayed and the hotel was easily the least modern and aged/tired property.

Incredibly noisy- all doors slam loudly, bathroom shower had some hairs, sink wasnt cleaned, and pretty rundown furniture & appliances. Staff was nice though.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Any other place in the area would be better.
