The Staff is horrible esp. The night staff and even Day staff is horrible. Rudest people they have hired. No customer service skills atall, fire them all and hire better people. And the housekeeping sucks too, the rooms and toilets are not clean when u arrive everything is dirty in the toilet, and then you have to ask them to clean n its a whole hassle switching suites again n again. Horrible experience noway this is 4 star, this should be a 2 star hotel. Only the restaurant guys are nice and courteous.

I disagree completely that they would not take Apple Pay for incidentals This is the 21st century Although a room refund was issued- it doesn’t make up for having to relocate to the Hilton Hotel late at night post hospital discharge with a fractured hip

We booked this hotel for one night after a conference. There were 5 of us so we chose a 2-bedroom suite, specifically choosing this hotel because of it. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until after 5pm at which time we were told that they needed to ‘check the room was ready’. We were asked to wait in the lobby while they did so. A manager then came and spoke to us, letting us know that there had been a leak in the room which she needed to check was fixed. She then came back 10 minutes later to let us know that there was a hole in the wall and that the room would not be ready. She offered us two adjoining rooms instead of our suite. Upon arrival to the rooms, we found a spot in front of the floor length mirror that appeared to have blood on the carpet (we let the front desk know on check out) as well as the main entry doors looked as though dogs had tried to scratch through them. The overall cleanliness of the rooms were fine but nothing extraordinary. They did give us complimentary fruit plates and two small bottles of water (there were 5 of us). I ended up paying the same price as I would have for the suite. I think given that we didn’t even arrive until 5pm, the issue with the leak should I have been dealt with prior to our arrival. I understand that problems happen that are out of anyone’s control- it’s not the leak itself that was annoying but how nobody seemed to know anything about it until we arrived, 1hr after standard check-in time.

Inconvenience from beginning of stay and at the very end. In my opinion, first impression is paramount. Beginning of our arrival, we couldn’t unlock into our room twice, even after given new sets of keys. We met up with a security guard who led us into our room, followed by engineering and another security staff. Their rushed renovation was crippled with noticing flaws like an open air vent, dried blotches of paint on flooring, and missing bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The next morning, Grace from front desk knew of our situation and simply upgraded our room, which was a great save to our experience until the early morning of our departure. There was no water and our party had an early flight out. This issue was a major setback and it left a bad image on this property since there weren’t any notices issued nor notices visible for patrons knowing early ahead of time; maybe post the notice on the elevator since there’s a greater foot traffic- not everyone will be checking in with the front desk daily to hear/see updates; furthermore, it would be nice if front desk clerks had given a courtesy reminder on this issue. Clearly this issue was a last minute ordeal that became everyone’s issue in the end. Thanks for the seven years but I will have to think long and hard to return back to your property next year.

The hotel appeared nice from the outside. The lobby area was nice as well but could definitely use signage to direct guests to registration. The staff member that checked us in was very personable. Our room was on the third floor and that was where the illusion of the hotel fell apart. We got off the elevator and were greeted with disturbingly dirty hallway carpeting that as fraying and buckling clear down the length of the hallway. As for our room, it was clean and had a nice sitting area. The bathroom was small. The shelving in the bathroom was worn and dated with scrapes and scratches throughout. The last issue was the configuration of the beds. We had an odd shaped room with an angled window beside the furthest bed. There was no room at the end of the bed to actually step between the bed and window so I could draw the drape. I had to crawl across the corner of the bed to be able to draw the drape across the window. In all fairness, we didn’t visit many areas of the hotel so maybe it was just our floor that looked so shabby,

This is perfect for a business traveller...not sure about a family though. Beds were tiny for 2 people ( smaller thanks UK double) so husband slept elsewhere! You can get a pot of coffee but not tea as standard...so I asked and a nice restaurant staff did bring a pot of tea. Bar staff miserable. Check in staff and house keeping happy. 5 mins drive from train station which was good. Hotel guests not allowed to use table tennis...thats rubbish.I wouldn't stay again with family.
