Excellent all round

Lovely hotel, great restaurant and bar, friendly staff, very central location!

Room was comfortable and well appointed.

Room was outstanding, very spacious with a very comfortable bed and good quality fittings. The young lady who checked us on was excellent, resolving a minor issue with an unneeded cot (Expedia issue). Looking forward to visiting again.

We were able to check in a bit early and our bags were taken to our room during the check in process

We had a terrific stay. Everyone we interacted was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself looks great. The restaurant was very nice!

Room spotless, tea & coffee options but no hot chocolate. Building still being renovated so no lift available and I was in the 3rd floor. But staff very helpful and did try to see if there was another room available but to no avail was a busy weekend in Bath. Staff carried my luggage up to my room and back down when I left. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and reception/bar staff were so friendly. However the breakfast was not great at all and found the staff doing this service not as friendly/welcoming. The hotel itself is going through a refurb so the stairs/communal areas were out of action.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The desk staff and the doormen were all fabulous. The lift wasn’t working but we were okay taking the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast as there are cheaper and better options nearby. The breakfast staff seemed very disorganized when we were there. Just a heads up that there is a discretionary gratuity mentioned at checkout. I wish I had known in advance as it caught me off guard.

The staff was helpful and pleasant natured. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated.

Construction outside window...scaffolding and couldn't open the drapes unless i came face to face with workers! No thanks

Super hotel. Very central, really good decor and bedrooms. Requested a 1st floor room as lift not working - no problem for them at all. Really excellent.

I requested a late check-out (just one hour), but the negative response was delivered in a rather unfriendly, frosty manner — not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I travel frequently, and this experience with reception felt really below par. 21/09/25

This hotel was lovely. The location is excellent, the rooms are great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again!
