We had a 2 day stay as we were in transit so chose this hotel close to the airport and it was great! The hotel shuttle was excellent and on time as communicated and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The garden and areas around were well kept and the staff were pleasant even offered a warm cookie on check in. Absolutely loved my stay! Especially how close it was to Dennys, and other Restaurants. Will be back again.

It was my first time staying with them and everything was great other than a few things. Our room key would not work when we arrived and had to go down to the lobby twice before they sent someone to fix it. Secondly, the outlets by the one side of the bed were not working as well as the ones in the desk area. You can definitely tell there is major water damage in a few areas going to the pool. Would for sure stay again at the price I had paid.

Shuttle pick up was very Unsatisfactory. Number give given by Expedia was not answered. I had to make 8 phone calls, all with the typical automated message. I got cut off three times when speaking to somebody at the hotel. Had to wait over an hour. Room is clean enough. Staff don’t look like them with enjoy their jobs. Maybe it’s just late and I’m exhausted after a long flight.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. However, the service leaves something to be desired. I was staying there while in town on business and it felt incredibly disorganized. I am unfamiliar with the area and could not find the email with the location of the hotel. As there are two locations (Dixie and Dixon) I called the Dixie location and asked for their address and where to get the shuttle from the airport. They said I did not have a reservation so I called the other location and received the same answer. I know I in fact had a reservation so I took my chances and waited for the shuttle at the location specified by the Dixie location. The shuttle service never came after an hour so I took an uber. Once at the hotel (I had been traveling that day for 9.5 hours by this point) I was told that they did in fact have my reservation and didn't believe me that I had called. I showed them my call history and said they didn't know why someone would say that. I also told them that I waited for an hour for the shuttle and it never came, they didn't seem to care. From there, they simply offered me a cookie, which felt dismissive since they hand them out to everyone. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just acknowledgement that it was disorganized. Upon checkout the following morning, I asked for an emailed receipt and they said it would be sent which never came. I called 2 days later and asked for it and I was given 'attitude' and told to call Expedia.

I only have one concern. Hotel is good staff is good but shuttle driver asking tip without even ending my stay is hotel is not something I like. I cannot tip every driver if keep changing. I get it when I check out but not when I have just arrived
