Was assigned to a room near the elevator. I was struggling with the noise all night. Then the front desk promised to give me a better room next time. No NEXT TIME

The only problem was that it was not made clear in the information given to us at the time of booking that the airport shuttle did not come regularly to the airport as did the other hotel shuttles. After waiting at the airport for about an hour for the shuttle to come, and watching other hotels' shuttles come and go, we found out that you have to call for the shuttle to come and get you. Nowhere in the paperwork I had did it state that you had to call. However, once called the shuttle did come in a timely manner. I would recommend this hotel for people flying in or out of Pearson because of its convenient location to restaurants .

Convenient for travel ,delicious cookies on arrival .park and fly is great.

Make sure you call to get your pick up scheduled from the airport and your drop off too.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed buffet breakfast.

I found it weird that they charge for parking. I always stay in the Mississauga area and this is a first. The walls are paper thin so you hear every single thing

Beautiful and comfortable

I waited at the airport for 1 1/2 hours for a shuttle to the “airport” hotel. Then I was told I had to call them to send a bus but I couldn’t find their number anywhere. It wasn’t on the website or any of my receipts. I think they should have told me if I wanted a ride from the airport to call them and give me the number! I had been up for 24 hours and was not amused.

Overall okay stay, nice clean room minus the fact there was food leftovers in the fridge from the people before me. Housekeeping was vacuuming and cleaning rooms on my floor late night (830pm-1030pm), was annoying hearing the vacuum constantly bump into stuff in halls/room down the hall and going. I had an early flight so this was not ideal trying to fall asleep. Wake up call given on time as asked, and bus to airport promptly running for pick and drop off

The bed was not comfortable the room was mediocre, it was a guest room. It was clean at least.

Hard to contact, outdated, dirty and conflicting amenities between websites/3rd party booking and staff.

The tv channels were all out. The WiFi was not easy to access. You have to be a member to get WiFi so we signed up just so we could sign into our apps and watch something on tv. The temperature in the room was set to cool and we couldn’t get it comfortable. The staff told us we had to change it to heat but the thermostat didn’t change when we pressed the button. I didn’t realize they charge for parking. Our room was ok but I probably wouldn’t stay again. I have stayed in other hotels I like better. It rained all day so there wasn’t much else we could do.

The front staff guy was amazing. He gave us a free upgrade. He is the guy with the long swooped hair. Awesome guy

Room provided 2 water bottles, however one had been opened and half empty. Very little supplies to make coffee in room with no other options in hotel for coffee other than sit down restaurant. Shuttle drivers were great though
