It was fine. Not a fan of the decor in the lobby. Dark Dim. Need to make it more colourful and appealing. Dingy. I did not find it welcoming. Never have stayed there.

Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant hours were so so. Had to grab a late meal and late breakfast across the street at AW because hotel restaurant closed. Shuttle pick up at airport was slow..took an Uber instead.

Je n’ai jamais fait de Check in au doubletree airport car erreur de destination. Expedia m’a suggéré de prendre une chambre à l’endroit désigné soit doubletree by hilton Toronto et que des démarches seraient en cours pour annulation au Doubletree airport. Finalement j’ai été facturé or les deux hôtels . 159 par doubletree airport et 291 par doubletree Hilton Toronto. Mauvais expérience par deux hôtels de mem branch ..pas mal chere pour une simple nuit à Toronto .

Trying to get my bill was a hassle and when I called to inquire about it the girl the hotel was extremely rude and didn't even talk the time to thank me or say goodbye

Staff fine. Room fine . Sound coming from another rooms heating system on and off all night sounding like scraping animals in the duct work. Couldn't sleep.
