The hotel itself is nice and clean. However, the service leaves something to be desired. I was staying there while in town on business and it felt incredibly disorganized. I am unfamiliar with the area and could not find the email with the location of the hotel. As there are two locations (Dixie and Dixon) I called the Dixie location and asked for their address and where to get the shuttle from the airport. They said I did not have a reservation so I called the other location and received the same answer. I know I in fact had a reservation so I took my chances and waited for the shuttle at the location specified by the Dixie location. The shuttle service never came after an hour so I took an uber. Once at the hotel (I had been traveling that day for 9.5 hours by this point) I was told that they did in fact have my reservation and didn't believe me that I had called. I showed them my call history and said they didn't know why someone would say that. I also told them that I waited for an hour for the shuttle and it never came, they didn't seem to care. From there, they simply offered me a cookie, which felt dismissive since they hand them out to everyone. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just acknowledgement that it was disorganized. Upon checkout the following morning, I asked for an emailed receipt and they said it would be sent which never came. I called 2 days later and asked for it and I was given 'attitude' and told to call Expedia.
