The hotel was clean with a friendly environment. The room was clean and well set up. The onsite restaurant was amazing.

Dated for the cost of the stay. Breakfast not included and they wanted 19.99 for eggs, a meat and tater tots

Check in staff were polite and courteous. It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that there was a “Boil Water Advisory “ at the front desk rather than finding a letter on the counter in the room and no bottled water in the room for at least brushing my teeth. There was however bottled water in the main lobby. The “Boil Water Advisory” was lifted 6 hours after we checked in The rooms were very clean and quiet. We did not use any other facilities in the hotel as we had prior commitments.

nice room clean but the controls on the whippool tub were lose. and the one sink opener did not work

Helpful staff and clean room. The only issue was a lousy view from our room.

the room was clean but the television was not even hooked up to cable. when trying to figure it out, noticed just how clean the room really was (NOT). We were never advised about the breakfast in the morning, assumed with the price we paid that breakfast would be included (it was not). when we asked the server he really didn't know what to answer, kept telling we need ticket. When front desk told us we could park at back of hotel to make it easier to get to our room (it was very scary). Probably won't stay again and will go to another hotel. We go to Sudbury and get hotel rooms at least 3-4 times a year. Still looking for the right one.

No hot water in the shower. When trying to turn the water to warm the entire knob detached from the wall. The staff is very warm and welcoming…

Parking was easy

Scented products whole be avoided. Especially the hand wash. Very strong. Also scented when entering room.

I stayed for a week. Nobody at the front desk smiles or says hello as you walk through the lobby. Front desk manager is rude and keeps his back turned to guests as he leans on the counter talking to staff. Bar staff and restaurant staff are friendly. Paint is falling off the ceiling over the pool. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good.

There was a fire at the hotel - we stayed outside for 1.5 hours - hotel offered no blankets , comforts some had no socks or jackets - we had to get out - then no communication next day - like all is rectified , have some free breakfast - no nothing - it was hard- I couldn’t warm up for a long time next door McDonald let us get warm and use bathrooms a- a plan for host should be considered

The Jet bath was not working in the room and this qas very dissapointed after paying so much for the room

The room was full of landlord specials. The jacuzzi tub did not work. The shower was like getting firehosed.
