Front desk staff prioritizes people who booked directly rather than thru expedia when it comes to checking in

Comfortable and clean room

All was good

Unfortunately, my bed sheets had not been changed evidenced by all the body hair on the sheets and the fact that they were also crumbled. I took a video and to the credit of the front staff they upgraded me immediately to a better room on the top floor. Unfortunately, although the top floor bedsheets were visibly clean, there were some stains on the bathroom floor, it looked like pee droplets. In any case, I normally love staying at Holiday Inns but I won’t return to this one.

The stay was okay, staff was not very helpful. They did their bare minimum. Did not feel welcomed.

The front desk staff in the evening were very helpful kind and ensured the safety of guests after I reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The manager went outside and circulated. The room was clean and hotel overall was very clean. The front desk staff really stood out to me as super- best I’ve experienced in a long time. I don’t usually stay at this location but due to the good service I would again.

This hotel has a great location. Like all our IHG hotels, the beds and bedding is top-notch.

Personnel serviable

The room was ice cold and the heater did not heat the room. I went to sleep cold.

Excellent beds and rooms.

The hotel is dated and dark. It served our purpose fine but was less than impressive.

Went for a leisure night, shopping and entertainment. Had a good except for ppl 6:30 am, talking and laughing in the hall. Rude awaking.

The hotel was clean with a friendly environment. The room was clean and well set up. The onsite restaurant was amazing.

Dated for the cost of the stay. Breakfast not included and they wanted 19.99 for eggs, a meat and tater tots

Check in staff were polite and courteous. It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that there was a “Boil Water Advisory “ at the front desk rather than finding a letter on the counter in the room and no bottled water in the room for at least brushing my teeth. There was however bottled water in the main lobby. The “Boil Water Advisory” was lifted 6 hours after we checked in The rooms were very clean and quiet. We did not use any other facilities in the hotel as we had prior commitments.

nice room clean but the controls on the whippool tub were lose. and the one sink opener did not work

Helpful staff and clean room. The only issue was a lousy view from our room.
