Issues were resolved at checkout

Location was great rooms were large enough a little dark but OK breakfast was really average but still decent overall give it four out of five stars would definitely stay there again

The location was good for close access to restaurants but the street noise wasn’t so good at night until things seemed to quiet down after midnight. Lots of noisy vehicles and motorcycles, blaring music, and sirens. The hotel itself was plenty adequate. Clean place to lay your head.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The room was tidy. The mirrors and the TV were cleaned with something that left a film on it, so was not very clean in my opinion. The headboard that spanned the mattress and night stands on both sides was clearly dirty with a brown liquid that had spattered across the wood. That luckily not discovered until the morning we were checking out. The morning buffet was a little chaotic, but it was a Saturday morning. The cheese omlettes were over cooked but the rest was decent. The location is great and very convenient to most everything in walking distance which is what we did. I would recommend it and just not expect anything too fancy.

Valet parking staff was very polite but only one on duty. I checked out Monday at 11:00 am. It took 45 minutes to get my car.

Great location. Room okay, nothing special. No bar soap. Didn’t seem like a good value.

Adequate accommodations. Area around hotel very noisy, not a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No parking available. Municiple garage a block away or valet. Was clean & well maintained.

I think you need a bigger valet space. Very convenient for activities. Staff were very friendly especially the man and woman bartenders. A lot of homeless people wanting money. Restaurants were only blocks away and were very good.

The hotel was wonderful! Location is great. Being from Chicago I wasn’t thrilled with the restaurants near the hotel but that was my pickiness and no fault of the hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was great. I would stay there again.

Had a great stay!

Our stay was for one night…quick in and out for a cheer competition. The late night staff checking us in were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. We also asked for a late check-out and they were able to accommodate us which was incredibly helpful from the perspective of getting ready for the competition. The property and our room was very well kept and very clean. All friendly faces no matter where we were. Will stay again!!

Well, it has been 6 months now and they have been dodging my calls.I stayed at this hotel last February. i used the Valet Parking. I had a pile of money for tolls and parking in my Ford Escort. it was in the car when they took possession. It was gone when they returned it. I called the hotel to report it. Jennifer the manager seemed so concerned when I told her my story. I was told to fill out a report online. I did and I never heard from anyone again. I have called the hotel six times since then and no one will return my call.

Great place to stay, clean rooms bed very comfortable. The staff was super nice.

Our stay at Hampton Inn downtown Cleveland has gone beautifully. The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The aspect that puts this visit in an even higher category is the customer service reps. Upon our arrival we were greeted by two friendly, helpful associates. The warm welcome we received from these two people set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you Cat and HD.

It was a great experience checking in and out. The breakfast was sufficient. We came while it was raining (downpour) and were confused by the parking. We ended up using Valet and both of the attendants were amazing.

It had a walkable location. The housekeeping and valet service was good. The front customer service desk was awful and the breakfast was too.

From check in to check out, valet and housekeeping, bar tenders everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We parked our car with valet and only used it once our entire stay as everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. We drove to Edgewater beach one day and that was such a good time.
