Felt like a tropical getaway. Food option which included buffet breakfast at The Cove and dinner at The Fireplace restaurant was was excellent and good value.

Beautiful and peaceful

It was a pleasure to stay there.

The main area and pool are great although the restaurants and accommodation are not as luxurious as I was hoping for. I received a full refund for dinner after waiting close to 2 hours for my meals on New Year’s Eve and the staff were very apologetic.

Not enough pool facilities or seating by the pool. Should be told that we are sharing access with the public there was not enough sun beds.

Everything was perfect for our one night stay and I’ve suggested we make it an annual family get together.

Staff was very nice, close to shopping and they offered transportation to get me to my room with my luggage as well as to and from the gym at the country club. It’s also very close to shopping, groceries and dinning.

Everything was excellent apart from the weather

Amazing hotel, very clean and the kids loved it especially seeing kangaroos hopping around. It was very clean and service was great.

Rooms are tired, stained duvet cover not changed even after requests, but the pool area was brilliant. We spent the entire stay at the pool and faux beach, also we loved the absolute best bakery in Queensland just next door, Rise French bakery was the highlight of the stay.

All good except the stress of trying to book though them - which I have talked to them about …. (I ended up b poking through Expedia because it was impossible for me to get a rate through their ‘dynamic’pricing and worldwide reservations - but we have sorted that. Thank you

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the location, facilities and locality. Handy for local cafes and restaurants, shopping and beaches not too far away. Would recommend having a car to make things easier. Overall, a great base for everyone to enjoy.

Starting to look a bit run down. The service was poor as it seems like they are happy to get you there and don’t really care about anything else besides the payment for the room. Got sick of waiting for them to get back to you.

The property has a beautiful layout with lovely landscaping, pools and relaxing walks.
