We love the location and have stayed here many times. It is different now there is mixed occupancy. The apartment we stayed in was a bit tired but all in all, it is a handy place to stay. My one gripe would be that each night of our stay cost a different amount and Saturday night was definitely not worth over $400.

Perfect for families.

We stayed here four nights while visiting Sydney with my brother. It was nice to have a sleeping arrangement where we had a bed for the couple and a single each for our daughter her uncle. It's basically an apartment building so service was minimal but we didn't need it. There were a few maintenance issues in our room but the well equipped kitchen was nice to have. There's not much to do in the neighborhood but there are a few reasonably priced eateries and it's a short Uber/taxi from all the things to do/see. If you like to walk, it's a nice stroll through the botanic garden to the harbor area. There's a Big Bus (hop-on, hop-off service) stop a short walk away from the hotel.

The room was almost a 1 bedroom apartment. Great to stay as a family and so close to everything!

Staff are completely incompetent, from the initial booking l, to arrival and even on checkout. Room was a good size but stank, only positive was the Manager who was lovely, came in early the following morning to help me out with my issue. Will never stay here again!!

Pam at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious but bathroom is tired and needs updating.

Great location, you can walk to the CBD and Circular Quay easily. Safe and secure.

Huge, clean room, comfy bed, quiet hotel. Very clean. After hours check in was easy and secure. Excellent location easy walk to harbour, Botanical gardens and city. The room had an excellent kitchen. Both staff and tenants were helpful and nice. Excellent restaurants within one to two blocks walk.

Ideal for an Opera House concert stay!

We come down to stay here for my sons operation at east Sydney private hospital and made a week out of it. Was close to hospital, city, the cross train station and finger whalf. We walked almost everywhere. The view from room was amazing and so was the size of room. We had everything from washing machine and dryer to dishwasher. Made our stay so much easier. The price was what made me book and it was so much above our expectations. Staff are so nice and helpful to.

Location is very nice within a walking distance to few restaurants and shopping centres . We stayed in 1bdroom family apartment. Very specious with a washer and dryer. Living room and reception area very nice .

Lovely night. Very friendly, i woild zay above and beyond service. Found us a carspace outside (crazy right!!) and upgraded us to a room with a balcony since it was a birthday night celebration. Couldnt be happier honestly it was perfect. Huge room and very clean. Good job guys 5 stars

Family of 4 with 2 pre-teens, we stayed for 5 nights. Great little affordable place, kitchen suited our needs. Size of the room was decent for 4 people. Beds were comfy and it was pretty quiet. Good laundry facilities too. Slight downside was that it’s not that convenient for public transport - 25 mins walk to CBD / Circular Quay. We got quite a few $11 uber rides to CBD to save time. Would stay again for the price.

The apartment was large and well equipped with high ceilings, and we loved eating on the balcony. It’s a quick walk to the art gallery, botanical gardens and the Opera house, so a very convenient location. We loved all the amenities in our apartment and being able to walk to tourist sites, all at an economic price. We didn’t want to leave!

Large air conditioned room with dishwasher and clothes washer/ dryer. Awesome kitchen facilities.

The space of the apartments was great.
